We have long said that the election commission has ensure that India, the last few years, hasn’t had a free and fair election. We pretend to be a democracy but we truly aren’t in the fairest sense. Rahul Gandhi has logically, and with proof and facts, with absolute transparency, exposed the Election Commision today. The election commission must face Rahul Gandhi on a stage and answer the questions and proofs presented today. @ECISVEEP as ECI can change its name otherwise to the Entirely Comprised Commission. 🚨Impact of our Press Conference: 🚨 Just as I issued a TV statement, threatening to protest state wide against the state Education minister Dada Bhuse, the first list of admissions was announced. More than 25 lakh students await the lists that will determine their college admissions and future. This year, suddenly the minister decided on his whim that the entire state will go for online admissions, and the system crashed. ‼️ Results were declared on 13th May, for 10th board exams. The first list was to be issued in first week of June, then 10th June, then 26th June and the wait has been endless and hopeless. ‼️ The company given this entire responsibility also seems to be clueless about the scope and scale of the work, and has led to the chaos. ‼️Why did Minister Bhuse, who failed at Agriculture dept earlier and then at MSRDC, choose this single company for 25 lakh students? ‼️ Will the CM act against this failure minister and the company or does coalition dharma hold him back from good and clean governance?

दूषित पाणी, कमी दाबाने येणारं पाणी, अघोषित पाणी कपात अश्या पाण्याच्या अनेक समस्यांनी मुंबईकर गेले काही महिने हैराण आहेत. त्यातच पाणी टॅंकर्सचा संप सुरु झाल्याने मुंबईत अधिकच अडचणी निर्माण झाल्या आहेत. गेल्या आठवड्यात महावीर जयंती, आजची हनुमान जयंती, येणारी डॉ. बाबासाहेब आंबेडकर जयंती असे मोठे राष्ट्रीय सण सुरु असताना मुंबईकरांना ह्या समस्येला सामोरं जावं लागतंय. पण वारंवार लक्ष वेधूनही मुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस जी ह्या समस्येकडे गांभीर्याने पाहताना दिसत नाहीत. त्यांना हा प्रश्न सोडवायचाच नाहीये का? असा प्रश्न पडतोय! पण मुंबईकर म्हणून आम्ही शांत बसू शकत नाही! पुढच्या ४८ तासात जर हा प्रश्न सुटला नाही, तर शिवसैनिक आणि मुंबईकर मुंबईतल्या प्रत्येक वॉर्ड ऑफिसवर धडक मोर्चा घेऊन जाणार आणि 'वॉर्ड ऑफिसर' ना जाब विचारणार!

On the Davos trip of CM, Industries Minister, 7 IAS officers and a delegation. • We always welcome any investment in our country and state, and are happy with any effort that promotes the same. However, a few pertinent questions: • 43 of the 54 companies that signed MoUs are Indian, of which 31 are based in Maharashtra. Instead of spending 4 days, being busy within our ownselves, couldn’t the CM’s office have better aligned his visit with more interactions with the world leaders, social entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs? This MoU signing with our own could have taken place in Maharashtra itself, at less than half the cost than spent on the Davos Trip. • The @MMRDAOfficial and @CIDCO_Ltd have signed MoUs of ₹4,00,000 crores. Both are sub departments of the Urban Development ministry. Funnily enough, the UD minister was absent from the delegation, while all of the minister’s staff went along with the CM. The DCM/ UD minister chose to be indulging in drama over guardian ministers, instead of the larger interest of the State. • On a closer look at the MMRDA/ CIDCO MoUs, most of them are just acknowledging the real estate investors/ builders on their on going investment in land parcels for their own profits. Furthermore, they speak of Transit Oriented Development and Special Planning areas, which need to be studied, if these builders would get added incentives, and what they mean for the locals and the state. One MoU is about a discussion on an automated car parking system without even reaching the stage of issuing tenders. • The most mind boggling part of this trip was the role of the Industries Minister: 1) Reached Davos late and missed the inauguration of the Maharashtra Pavilion, despite the CM being there. A minister cannot miss such an important event of his own dept, especially in presence of the CM. 2) the minister is then seen in a couple of photos from the meetings and then we don’t know what he did that day. Did he go on a private visit? 3) After missing the inauguration, and then sitting only a few meetings, the Industries Minister has left Davos in 1 day! Why are we, as tax payers, supposed to pay for this 1 day vacation in the snow? If the CM can be in Davos for 4 days, what made the industries minister leave Davos in a day? Was it the upset UD minister who called him back? Was he sent back by the delegation? It’s time we change our perspective of such summits. It’s not just about having more numbers of MoUs, but Davos is the best place for a global stage and interaction, where the CM (of any party) must place Maharashtra!

On the 10th of December, 2024, I had written to Maharashtra CM Shri @Dev_Fadnavis ji to consider the reduction of premium to 1%, on the conversion of Collector Land to Free Hold for housing societies, for a year atleast. Today, while speaking on a Bill in the Assembly, I raised the same issue and the Hon’ble CM has agreed to positively consider the suggestion.

The cancellation of the Mumbai University Senate election for Graduation only shows how scared the bjp and the illegal cm, mindhe, are of the Yuva Sena- a youth organisation. Mindhe’s gaddaar gang is so scared of elections that they order the cancellation of the MU Senate elections a day before voting day. This is the farce for the world to see- what they have done to democracy now. They fear elections, and they talk of One Nation, One Poll. What a shame, the coward gadaars scrapping elections.
