Had a disappointing experience with @BlaBlaCar. My booking showed only 1 passenger, but the car already had 2 passengers when the ride started. We were traveling with a child and faced a lot of discomfort due to this. @BlaBlaCarIN

The Uber driver caused an accident, and I got injured on my hand and back. Even after that, I had to pay the fare. Uber had said they would take action against the driver, but there is no proper way to contact their customer care service.
