The maharaj is miles away to be the close to the best. - seats changed 4 times before flying, toddler was separated from me - No priority boarding for kids - Bus instead of aero bridge - No kids meals - Lacking infotainment screen and thru our phones it was lagging, unwatchable.

@airindia - Good to know how confirmed seats blocked on 29/10 for a flight on 05/12 have been changed during web checkin? Travelling with a 3 year old and our seats have been separated. Humane? On a call with customer service for 30+ mins and no resolution - “no authority”.
