Albert Einstein on his school and Education system💡 It bored me. The teachers behaved like sergeants. I wanted to learn what I wanted to know, but they wanted me to learn for the exam. What I hated most was the competitive system there, and especially sports. Because of this, I wasn't worth anything, and several times they suggested I leave. This was a Catholic School in Munich. I felt that my thirst for knowledge was being strangled by my teachers; grades were their only measurement. @sweet077 @HignettTom When using FES on the key lifts did you stick to your conventional rep/set schemes or adjust it in some way?

I'm investigating some differential training methods for neurologically impaired athletes. Compex/stim is one of the routes for investigation. Anyone use it regularly in para or able bodied athletes and fancy sharing some insight?

The learning process isn't finished when you acquire knowledge. It's complete when you consistently apply that knowledge. Many people accumulate information. Far fewer use it to evolve and improve. The ultimate test of growth is closing the gap between awareness and action.
