The surprise of this war to me has been the UAE I had perceived them as “soft”, but those guys are as hard as diamonds they retail in their malls. Not just their military, but the resilience of their economy in operating under extreme heavy fire. Iran has fired more missiles at the UAE than Israel. The UAE is the most heavily targeted country in the conflict, yet the Dubai International Airport is still open, and oil is still being exported. The UAE raised oil exports through the Fujairah port to 1.9 million barrels per day (a 57% increase). The magic word is resilience, but you can't have resilience without redundancies. That's a lesson for all policymakers. - @FinPlanKaluAja1
