Today was 4 min submerged up to the neck in 50° water. Progress.
I only hate it for the 5 seconds before I get in and the first 20 seconds or so once I’m in. Then I feel amazing for hours. Worth it. The best times to do it are when I least want to. When there’s 100 excuses not to do it…

@aaronbuley @GoZwift Zwift is my go-to for indoor rides. I get outside if weather and time of day is even remotely possible. Because of this I’m not into Zwift races or group rides really. Tried it in the depths of COVID but back to normal now.

@DallasLoveField Shout out to this terrible move. Last pick up I had the driver couldn’t find the new area. It’s not THAT far but relative to the size of DAL it’s like walking from gate 1 to 20+. NO ONE is happy with this when they just want to get home @DallasLoveField You can do better.
