claude fable 5 now watches every city for new pool permits. the law makes every one of those owners buy a fence. so it mails them their finished backyard before the pool is even filled. this demo is real: the satellite still shows their old ring pool, the permit already replaces it with an in-ground build and claude caught it days after filing. here's the system you can sell to contractors: - monitors the city's pool permits in real time (free public data) - pulls the satellite photo of every permitted address - vision-checks the yard, rejects the bad leads - renders that backyard 3 ways: fence, rebuilt yard, night swim - prints the law on a postcard: "your pool can't pass inspection without a 48in barrier" - mails it to the owner with a QR per trade fence company, landscaper, lighting contractor, three retainers from one system and new permits drop every week. reply "POOL" + RT and i'll send you a free guide so you can build this too (must be following so i can DM you)

I’m going to second audience placements, similar behaviour from TikTok network. I presume it’s mostly rewarded ad clicks. people playing games and clicking the ad to get some gold coins. I’m not sure if Meta is appropriately guarding LPV and CR when they are sending so many dodgy clicks so maybe it hits your conversion rankings.

What the heck is happening on Meta right now? Headed to the office, opened ad accounts and I'm looking at 200% rise in CPAs.

@tajagotchi Probably good to look out for tremors, difficulty with words and lack of coordination in walking haha I don’t experience that at all but I guess if it’s brain related probably good to keep a tab on it

Depends on how you experience it the descriptions I gave make it a bit difficult to pin down. But what you described is similar to my experience, side to side, can be triggered by changing focus but honestly I don’t always keep track of every eye movement I make prior to it happening haha I think the positive thing is if both of us have had it for a long time (as long as I can remember) it’s probably not some scary degenerative disease probably localised issue maybe congenital not sure. I might see a neurologist just in case

@tajagotchi @krachial Well, this prompted me to look into it an unfortunately if you vision changes with the wobble then it’s more serious, and potentially is related to cerebellar damage. So that’s fun for us.

@SkullSpeedDeal As a German/Anglo Australian, worth staying these towns were built in the 1830s onwards after South Australia was declared a colony in 1836. They were not in any sense immigrants they were German settlers who significantly altered South Australia’s culture and exports.

Here's a single Australian town with a German heritage. Now please ignore that more Indians come into the country every year than the total of all German immigration ever.

@CJSlattery @DigitalSamIAm I think static generation is worth while, new models make it easy to oneshot. Also VOs for existing Broll is relatively low friction. The video is where its still finicky and often feels flat.

Creative is the stupidest use case for AI right now. Video editors aren't that expensive, and neither are graphic designers. Hell UGC is just getting cheaper and cheaper. So, why are you spending resources trying to solve very affordable problems? As @DigitalSamIAm says: "They just look at the end invoice and they're like, we spent $75k on creators and editors. AI could do it for free. And then you start adding up all the monthly subscriptions and the compute and the credits and the time. “And all of a sudden you spent $85,000 to save $75,000." Plus, you still need people to use the AI, build the systems, maintain the systems, and fix the outputs that aren't quite right
Collin Slattery@CJSlattery

AI creative is the single dumbest allocation of AI you can make in e-commerce right now. It's replacing relatively low-cost work and the value-to-token cost is terrible. Why are you spending AI resources to replace work that's already outsourced and low-cost? Replace the stuff that's harder and doesn't need to be 100% accurate. 1. Creative strategy. Dump 100,000 customer reviews into an LLM and get the 20 biggest pain points in 30 seconds. If one is a hallucination, you wasted a little bit of your designer's time. The downside is minimal. 2. Consumer psychology. Every journal ever published about human buying behavior is in the training set. Use that to inform which pain points to hit and how to frame your messaging. 3. Building systems. Ingest reviews via API, pull top performing ads from your data warehouse, run it through a strategy agent, kick it to a review agent. This is where value compounds (and where systems thinkers shine!) The simple wins come from replacing expensive thinking time, not cheap production time. If you have additional insight here, certainly add it.

I'm going to disable this post in 48 hrs... Because I just dropped the COMPLETE lead generation system that generated 200,000+ qualified leads and $45 MILLION in revenue for a single client through Facebook ads. This is the exact TOP-TIER campaign structure, CRM integration, and sales team optimization framework we use to get 7% close rates (while most brands are stuck at 1% with lead forms). We charge $10,000/mo to do this for clients… But today, I'm giving it away 100% FREE. Like + Comment "LEADS" and I'll send it to you. (Must be following)

@anabology I think it’s just a symptom of the models being mostly code debugging tools now. It’s a pattern that would work there. Also Claude copied ChatGPT with this so it must work for code.

Opus 4.7 has been so demeaning Me: *tells claude a factual statement I know to be true* Claude: "Your instinct is partially correct-ish, with an important reframe that's easy to miss..." (then it lies to me / hallucinates a pushback) "Instinct" feels like an anti-human slur

In England, where over 90% of land is privately owned, the “right to roam” debate is intensifying. “Why don’t you want to pay?” asks landowner Francis Fulford. “We just want easier access to nature,” says campaigner Guy Shrubsole. Can common ground be found? We brought them together to find out.

Meta Ads MCP just launched and it's TRULY insane. i used to spend years logging into accounts. exporting CSVs. analyzing data across platforms. now i control, optimize, and report on every client account - all in the same Claude chat. so i documented the ENTIRE playbook. covering our EXACT: → setup guide: claude OAuth in 5 steps OR Claude Code config if managing multiple accounts → naming architecture: letting Claude parse your account structure without manual context → daily 5-minute briefing prompt: account health, top performers, underperformers, anomalies, recommended actions → weekly deep-dive: 90 minutes of spreadsheet work down to 8 minutes → campaign creation from scratch through natural language - no Ads Manager → signal diagnostics: pixel health, CAPI status, dataset quality → budget reallocation ran this for a client, saw a 31% revenue increase at the same budget → creative fatigue detection: frequency + CTR trend analysis across all active ads → monthly reporting: 3-4 hours down to 12 minutes → multi-account time math: from 16-24 hours/week to under 3 hours this is the exact infrastructure i wish i had from day one - built after managing +$1M/mo in ad spend across our clients at my meta ads agency and for 24h, EVERYTHING can be yours for free like + comment "MCP" and i'll send it over (must be following + RT for priority access)

@KanishDigital Meta can put out a lot of bs with their guides to the platform. But this is actually a very useful way to think about creative audience matching. And the scalability vs efficiency of an ad across larger budgets (broader audience targets). Ideally a great ad does both.
