@Lomashuk @UpOnlyTV Well, all the stuff is right here. One small bribe payment of $5m and I switch the camera on.

I was laughed at when @heliuslabs doubled down on supporting Solana developers in the deep bear — "solana has no devs" now, we power one of the biggest dev hubs in all of crypto and we have barely begun — much more to come faster

The reason Cobie’s advice works though, is memes don’t last. Culture is ephemeral. Over time all culture becomes history, which is a smaller niche value; and some of it becomes irrelevant. Businesses may have a high fail rate too, but some can last for hundreds of years. They aren’t static. So plenty people will think they made money on memecoins, but lack liquidity to sell, and eventually the culture moves on from that moment. If you aren’t investing on a long enough time horizon, then you’re just playing a gambling based game of musical chairs, where you hope to grab a chair before the cultural moment stops.

It’s funny Cobie said last cycle his North Star to crypto investing success was not buying coins where you’d be embarrassed trying to explain what the project did, but that’s how many have made the most money this cycle.

The two coinbase validators are at 17% & 19% skip rate this epoch. Absurdly and unacceptably high. Block space is scarce as is, and we should not tolerate having a supermajority leader throw almost a fifth of their blocks away.

@0xSoju How do you deal with bots that just vote yes? Isn't that detrimental to real governance outcomes?

We’ll always hear the community out and improve. My list; - add a timer, which will also contain a reminder that you don’t need to vote for Yes to get rewards / or some variation of that - add a banner somewhere about ASR rewards - custom options, (no yes no abstain) - add more details to description (this is a tough balance to walk. I did my best with the current description.) - voting results only after vote ends Anyways, keep tweeting at us, or discord, dm me/us. Jupiter is a team that aims to be better than before every single day.

The majority of my posts get like 2 likes and a comment but this one blew up so wanted to address it. Nothing I hate more than “misinformation” so to start, the proposal breaks down the pay as $6k/mo for the lead and $16k/mo for 4 or more moderators for 3 months and a $2k overflow budget (I did reply to those that I could and replied to my tweet correcting this) however A few thoughts: 1) I still think $6k is egregious but this is the point of a vote 2) these are meant to be discussed and people can have opinions 3) no need to get violent or attack anyone over these things 4) if you don’t like the proposal just vote against it, it’s that simple don’t attack anyone 5) you can give feedback and have a more “proposal direct” convo on jupresear.ch which I signed up for 6) it needs to be more clear that users can vote for, against or abstain and all get the same rewards Conversation is good but yelling or attacking anyone over a proposal is absurd. Some final thoughts which I know @0xSoju has already started to address is: 1) outlining pay breakdown in the summary is a good idea - lots of people (like I poorly did) will take things at face value in the summary. If I already don’t like a proposal from a summary, I’m not going to sift through the full thing to try and change my own mind 2) as mentioned above users need to know they can “abstain” and vote “against” proposals as well as “for” and still get the rewards. It’s just a participation check not about how you vote. soju has helped address this but I’m sure so many still don’t know and think they have to vote with the “majority” to get rewards.

So we delegated 100K SOL to Jupiter Validator, with all the yields going to jupSOL. 10% yields means it makes 10K SOL. This 10K SOL shared across all JupSOL, which there is 82,528.90 now. So 12.2% APY enhanced, for a total of 22% APY. Pretty "reasonable" APY now for a LST, and we now have a validator that is reasonably sized. not bad
