@DotWeekly Hey Jamie, defining a DMARC policy should fix that. And you might consider adding a BIMI for good measure. Then you can display your little icon in inboxes. The BIMI will requires you to set the DMARC quarantine or reject to 100%.

If you use a Yahoo email address for your DotWeekly daily newsletter, it didn't arrive today due to 554 PH01 reject from Yahoo. I'm not sure of the exact cause but that is the reason. I suspect a domain in today's newsletter had a flag of some sort is my best guess.

what app do you guys use to create context for ai? e.g. where do you share your links to articles you want to remember, thoughtful/fun images or memes, things you want to read, things you want to watch (youtube vids, tiktok’s, reels), things you want to listen to, interesting tweets, spotify tracks, even clever musings you write to yourself, etc. this is all so fragmented right now. ideally you’d love a place where all of this magically lives & is highly queryable / organizable, etc. i.e. when you use claude/gpt, it should able to reference this database easily for context too. there needs to be a first class citizen here but i think it’s sorta missing.

You may find Right to Repair support divided if you're pushing the NDAA while leaving the House version's Sections 224 and 219 unchanged. Those provisions risk keeping contractor restrictions on technical data largely intact, which could undermine the stronger organic repair access many services (including the Marines) are asking for.

Crazy how far we let this go. People should be allowed to fix stuff. Hopefully we can get Right to Repair for the NDAA done this year.

Your Dark Mode template options are the best I have seen. The @Dynadot team did a great job! 👏 However, if Dark Reader is on for your site most of the buttons look fine except for a few. And they look perfect with DR off.

Dynadot finally added dark mode, a feature customers have been requesting for several years. We had to rewrite our entire front end framework to implement this cleanly. We could have added it to our previous 24 year old framework, but the code would have been messy. For a registrar is more important to do things right than fast.

@BeefDaddy47 We pretty much call them stickers. And stick they do. They are very hard to get rid of. Especially when you are surrounded by fields and pastures, like me. I hate finding them with my bare feet in the house and in my pockets with my fingers, which both happen way too often.

Never ever buy a Daikin AC! They limit how many times you can change them to just 150 times per day! We have 7 ACs in the house so that's a limit of 21 instructions per day 😂 completely arbitrary btw, makes no sense, just classic Japanese software design (I didn't buy it, it came with the house, and I've actively been ripping them out and replacing them with Mitsubishi) Other good brands for ACs are LG, Hisense and Haier, can recommend!

Great for merchants. Onboarding them is genuinely fun. On the other side, the ongoing friction is still the traditional rails: Fiserv, Visa, and Mastercard giving consumers easy dispute/chargeback rights. Stablecoins could remove a lot of that back-and-forth if the UX gets seamless enough.

Find me 10 people who want to pay a bill with a stablecoin. I hear versions of that challenge all the time. I love it, because domains had the same one back in the day. Find me 10 people who'd type a credit card into a browser. Find me 10 businesses that need a website. Demand shows up when the friction disappears. Then it's everybody, all at once. Nobody ever wanted "e-commerce." They wanted the thing to show up at their door.
