@RyanTClarke Honest question... do you think Barnes would be retiring right now if not for the "pressure campaign" by certain members of the fan base? I don't get the feeling he would be but obviously I don't really know anything and maybe only Scott really knows.

We didn’t get March Madness, but Gill Coliseum was always great 🙌🏾 Last week I saw these game clips for the first time in 20 years, thanks to @actsagarakis! Btw, he’s one of the top 3 most exciting shooters in program history (some of these videos give a glimpse). vs UCLA

@L_Hurd @actsagarakis My freshman year was coming off that NIT season and I was pretty sure I was going to be watching some great basketball! 😄 And 05-06 team wasn't bad honestly – losing the starting PG is rough. You were important! This was my computer background for a couple years, lol.

@L_Hurd @actsagarakis Yeah if I remember right that 2005 team was 8-1 at home in conference play but 0-9 on the road. 😖 Was in the Beaver Dam for each one of those home games in the 0-18 season. I think the very next season was the CBI Championship though, which was fun.

@tgraf86 @actsagarakis I remember watching the 0-18 team from afar 😔 It really was unfortunate for the program because so much excitement had been built up. Gill was insane during Pac 10 play, and we could’ve made the tourney in 2005 had we been able to come together to win a couple road games 😩

Would be a disaster to run the TV simulcast as a replacement for radio. The greatest calls in Blazers history have all come from the radio and getting rid of it would be a massive loss for fans, but also from a marketing perspective, to lose such a valuable storytelling piece.

@RyanTClarke Sorry but certain reporters would absolutely repeat anything the AD fed them verbatim w/o ever pushing back or asking obvious follow ups. I agree that journalism requires connecting the dots w/ actual evidence, and there are some insinuations that aren't necessarily documented.

@blazerbanter Sheed was awesome, one of my all time favorite Blazers. Problem was, he couldn’t deal with the inherent unfairness of the NBA’s “star system” & got too angry at the refs too many times. This offended the cranky old white sportswriters, as did the other “Jail Blazers”.
