The sleeper bus (Ludhiana, Punjab to Darbhanga, Bihar) overturned on Purvanchal Expressway near Gosaiganj, Lucknow around 3 PM on Feb 23. Per police probe & witnesses: driver (Som Pal) drank at a roadside eatery, lost concentration (microsleep) at high speed, bus swayed & flipped after hitting divider. 5 dead (incl. 3 kids), 41 injured. Crane lifted wreckage for rescue. Driver detained, FIR filed.

@MyntraSupport ur delivery partner @shadowfax_in asked me to collect order item from their office as local office doesn't have vehicle for delivery. Delivery office incharge asked delivery boy to update wrong delivery attempt for 3 days, so order would automatically cancel! 1/n

What's this nonsense @ViCustomerCare ? There is no compensation for your poor network that has been experienced for the last 2 months, however, you charge 50 INR additional even if the bill payment is delayed by a second!! Such a bulls*it and fraudulent behaviour!!
