🇮🇱 Netanyahu went full edgelord: "Jesus Christ has no advantage over Genghis Khan. Because if you are strong enough, ruthless enough, powerful enough, evil will overcome good." Bro… that’s not a flex, that’s a facepalm on steroids. Israel’s already fighting the global optics war, and the PM decides to drop “might makes right, Jesus who?” in the middle of it. PR team must be screaming into pillows right now. Source: @disclosetv

Mayor Mamdani’s repeated use of the “genocide” accusation against Israel is not just wrong - it’s dangerous. It distorts reality and fuels antisemitism at a moment when Jews are already under threat.

Leaders who claim to stand for human rights should not use rhetoric that puts Jewish communities at risk. timesofisrael.com/liveblog_entry…

Saud Salman AlDossary | سعود بن سلمان الدوسري
Saudi Foreign Minister @FaisalbinFarhan delivers a powerful statement: “What has Iran truly contributed to the Islamic world prior to this war? Supporting the Houthis in Yemen. Supporting the Popular Mobilisation Forces in Iraq, which have not only targeted neighbouring states, but Iraq itself. Supporting Hezbollah in Lebanon, long a destructive arm carrying out destabilising activities across the region, including in Saudi Arabia. Where was the support for the Islamic world in backing the crimes of the former Syrian regime? Where was that support in the assassination of political figures in Lebanon? Where was it in empowering militias in Iraq to the point of hijacking political decision-making and stalling development? Where is the support for Islamic causes? I do not see it!”

Sir, let me clarify: Easy: Structure used for military purpose = legitimate military target. Evacuation order: Israel‘s way of making sure Protocol Additional to the GC is fulfilled. Remaining civilians killed: Legally collaterals. Everyone in Beirut knows to take these orders dead serious. That should make you wonder. Instead. Military purpose: Destroying enemy infrastructure. Had the purpose been elimination of specific military personell instead of infrastructure, it would look very different. Like this one below. Problem: I am pretty sure you know all this and ask your “questions” for an entirely different reason. Sad.
Dr. Eli David@DrEliDavid

Israel's intelligence is next-level: 4 IRGC commanders in Lebanon tried to hide. They booked 15 hotel rooms under false names, and used only 1 room. They disabled all hotel security cameras. All 4 were killed today with a single missile to their room. No hotel guest was harmed.

I don’t get it. If Hezbollah had flats in this block (unlikely in central Beirut but not impossible) why did the Israelis give everyone inside an hour to get out — including those they wanted to kill? And if there weren’t any Hezbollah people there, why destroy a building with dozens of civilians in it?
The Associated Press@AP

An Israeli airstrike struck an apartment building in central Beirut, on Wednesday. The Israeli army had warned residents to evacuate about an hour before completely flattening it as day broke.

The people of the United States didn’t ask for this war and don’t want this war. This war was started by Israel and the Deep State. This war is not in the best interests of the U.S. or Australian people. It risks destabilising the global order and plays into Chinas hands. It is going to unleash immense poverty and suffering on hard working Australians and the global economy. Why is Pauline Hanson doing the bidding of the Deep State and Israel? What Israel did today in bombing the worlds biggest gas field shows they don’t give a rats about the rest of the world - this war is going to unleash a credit and energy crunch that will impoverish us all - remember it was the Rothschilds who created Israel - they are going to do to the USA what they did to Germany in WW1 and Great Britain in WW11 - bankrupt them through unsustainable debt. ndtv.com/world-news/my-… I thought One Nation was against foreign influence. Yet here we are. We need cool heads calling for de escalation not belligerent rhetoric.

I'm not taking anyone seriously that screenshots ChatGPT as a reply to one of my comments. If you want to do the work, do it. If you knew anything about the subject you'd know that Jabotinsky was radicalized by events in 1921 and 1920 and published his famous Iron Wall essay in 1923 after Jews were slaughtered in the Holy Land in the previous years. And even then, at the end of the essay, which I'm sure you've never read, he said the ultimate goal was living side by side with Arabs in peace by way of a compromise but that compromise wasn't possible unless force was used because of the events of 1920/1921.

Imagine the Jews being persecuted throughout the entire Middle East and Europe so an idea was birthed to go to a centralized place in the pursuit of safety that had a religious and historical connection to Judaism. Then Jews legally buy 7% of the land from Arabs for decades who sell it to them at way over market prices, and then the Arabs decide to slaughter Jews in 1920, 1921, and 1929 so the Jews say maybe we should create self defense organizations so we don’t get slaughtered again despite most of us being pretty woke lefties that just want to farm and be safe, so much so that despite killing us and losing our trust, we still want to be good neighbors and split the land with you into two countries where one didn’t exist before. Imagine the local Arabs saying no repeatedly after multiple offers were made for a state and launching a war to attack Jews and verbatim drive them into the sea, and then getting their asses kicked by a bunch of Auschwitz survivors. Then they tried again twice, and lost both times. Then the Israelis offered them a state again, and they said no and launched suicide bombing campaigns while the Israelis kept building their country. And now here we are - they keep trying to destroy, the Israelis keep trying to build, and the axis of resistance is in literal shambles and all of the top guys have fucked their people over for no other reason than militant religiously fueled radicalism. Palestinian leadership has consistently prioritized a struggle over a state and they’ve gotten it. The Israelis will continue to build, and the funny thing is, they just want those around them to do the same. But you’re too ideologically captured to recognize that.

I don’t give a damn about what any of you people think of me. I live my life unapologetically because the truth is on my side and I have always been an honest person. I don’t ask anyone for anything and I provide for myself in an honest way. I am not going to compromise my values to get clicks, likes, money or fake ass friends in this toxic world of GOP politics run by a bunch of circus freaks. I hate all of you Jew obsessed lunatics. Especially Tucker Carlson. I hate him, I hate what he represents, and I dislike everyone who makes excuses for him. I find people who run cover for Tucker to be morally bankrupt and extremely anti- American. You’re all disgusting and evil. I don’t care if people like me or not. I have always been a lone wolf. I don’t need anyone.

God forbid. You should be looking out for America and doing what’s in America’s best interest. And it’s totally reasonable to oppose a war — any war, even a war I happen to think is necessary. Or to oppose sending your money overseas. It’s your money. None of that stuff bothers me. I don’t ever go after someone for that. This letter by Joe Kent isn’t any of that. It’s just a bunch of obvious lies you can look up for yourself. And that includes a lie about his own wife’s death. Actually look it up. I’m serious. I don’t ever tell anyone not to criticize Israel, and certainly not to criticize a war. All wars should be subject to lots of scrutiny and criticism. This letter is pure bigotry and dishonesty.

It’s so predictable. As soon as I read posts like this, about 3-4 sentences in, I have my suspicions based on the writing —so I click on the profile, and sure enough, it’s Israel every time. They are sternly critical of anyone who disagrees, feels uncomfortable or backs off from Israel. They demand you ALL-IN for Israel, or they will write you off, criticize and demean you. It’s not fair, it’s not right, it’s not who we are, and I’m resenting it.
Haviv Rettig Gur@havivrettiggur

This sad, broken, stupid person was director of the national counterterrorism center? Really? His whole letter is just an argument that it's all one giant Israeli conspiracy. And it isn't even a good version of that argument. It's just a crazy reddit post on federal stationery. He got completely lost down that rabbit hole. Lost enough to taint his own wife's death with this garbage. No, Israeli officials didn't dupe Trump into an anti-Iran posture that Trump has championed consistently since long before ever running for office. And no, Israel didn't dupe America into the Iraq War in 2003. Israel actually told America in real time not to go to Iraq because it was taking its eye off the real threat in Iran. That was Prime Minister Sharon's argument. (Yes, Netanyahu once gave testimony in Congress in favor of the Iraq war. He was a private citizen at the time. If that was enough to drag America to war, you've got bigger problems than Israel.) But it gets so, so much worse. This poor sod literally claims he lost his wife to "a war manufactured by Israel." But he lost his wife in Syria fighting ISIS -- a fight he actually supports in this very letter. So which is it? It's tragic reading this kind of insane babble from a broken man. More to the point, this isn't a man capable of understanding or articulating policy. He certainly wasn't in the room when any of these decisions were made. If he was, he wouldn't be telling old lies about old wars. It's good that he's quitting. When all you can see is the demonic specter of the "Jew" blocking out everything else in sight, you no longer have much to offer your country. No, America isn't this stupid. No, Israel isn't this nefarious or powerful. And no, your wife didn't die for Israel, but for America. What a sad, broken, stupid, incompetent man you had running your counterterrorism, America. And what a sad, pathetic party the Republican Party will become if this is its future.

The tired, relentless attempt to equate opposition to the Israeli government with antisemitism isn't just wrong and offensive, it's a badly failing political strategy that has hurt the fight against a very real threat to Jewish people. No one buys this shit beyond the most hardcore supporters of the Israeli government.
