How often do you open a drink because that is the habit, and you hadn’t realised that you’ve done it? A subconscious action. But it can lead to a spiralling decline. Subconscious will win every time unless there is intense concentration to start breaking the cycle.

@projectkim It's a Huge flaw in human psychology, if someone can't see it, they rarely believe it can be done.

Roger Bannister broke the 4 minute mile in 1954. Everyone said impossible. Human body can't do it. Couple years later? A bunch of people did it. Human belief can carry you much further than you can possibly imagine. The barrier was never real, trust me.

@takeactionD Absolutely, having a game plan, routine and seeing it through till the end is key.

If you survive in the game long enough and work hard enough, it will work out. You don’t need good genetics, talent, or a high IQ.
