Schaefer has more to prove, but I can see why someone would say his ceiling is higher. He's a top 5 skating, puck moving, sniping Dman with tools to become generational

@Suzy4Selke @CanadianPens Havent seen anyone say Schaefer is elite defensively, mostly seeing obvious facts like he has better tools than Lane and a more well-rounded defensive game when comparing at the same age, which even as a huge Lane fan I find hard to argue. Lane has limitations, Schaefer doesn't.

I understand one is 3 years younger. But man oh man, Schaefer has some insane PR Lower percentile defensively than Hutson this season
