Hey! If you are hiring for AI / ML roles, I’d love to throw my hat in. Quick intro: I’m Sandipan, an AI Intern working on production AI systems in healthcare. I build end-to-end pipelines, from RAG systems to secure, real-world deployments. Right now I’m building an astrology core engine using Swiss Ephemeris for high-accuracy prediction systems. Before this, I’ve worked on RAG-based clinical AI systems using FastAPI and Pinecone, built compliance-focused assistants across HIPAA and CCPA with strict no-PHI constraints, and developed cryptographic medical document signing workflows using SHA-256 and ECDSA. I’ve also built multi-agent systems and AI pipelines like FrameForge and CodeCortex-AI as personal projects. Basically, I enjoy owning systems end-to-end, from infra and models to deployment. I'm literally laughing my ass of,back in march i had applied to a company,let's say XYZ and my resume got shortlisted,asked for a fullstack work,gave my best still got rejected,all fine,now coming to the mockery is,I got a mail saying I am again selected for the round 1 and I should do the hiring task now,been checking on the notion doc,i remembered this was the same fuckin bs work i did that time😂😂😂.. atleast change the work man,what on earth is this a joke or what...

I deliberately didn’t put any strict requirements in the tweet. I’m not a big fan of heavy filtering because I know there are some really talented engineers who might see a list of requirements and immediately think “that’s not me” and not reach out. You miss all the shots you don’t take.

Wtf is @amazonIN @amazon smoking,ordered a keyboard and ,mic being a prime member and had one day rush delivery,the order is already cancelled for over 2 times citing the item got damaged,atleast say properly u don't have the fckin item with you,been calling over 3 days over the same matter,the item was for out of delivery,now says it rejected,fix this issue ASAP and I need the item I can't wait for days for a single item,shouldn't have placed the order from here itself

Getting a semi-vibe coded PR review done on call with a senior engineer turns into a really big nightmare when they ask you, "what does this line of code do." Mark my words. It's a nightmare.

just had a technical round and screening call with a climate-tech implementation startup for the role of applied ai intern,the interviewer was super chill,grinded me on my projects,and core ml,applied ai and mlops stuff,along with a bit of electrical stuff(cherry on the cake 😅),a bit on my paper too,and one of my project literally drived the whole conversation.. the org is literally doing cool work in the energy sector with government agencies too.. pretty cool,and asked about my hobbies tho, got the feedback that I'm quite good at systems and marketing my work around it 😅 let's see if things goes for the next round..
