We'll do what we can to find a solution though, Nicola. Have DPD offered the option to leave the delivery with a neighbour, or is that not going to work for you? 2/2 -Mark

@ThreeUKSupport I’m also not clear why I can leave with a neighbour but not amend the address to one literally 5 mins down the road (my business address)

@ThreeUKSupport No, just to be clear, Mark. This request for a change of address is coming after multiple “failed deliveries” despite sitting at home waiting by the door for 2 days straight. I cannot afford to keep my business closed any longer. Hence the change of address to my business address
