Being a soldier does not give you license to kill indiscriminately.
But this veteran is charged with war-related killings 15+ years after the fact.

Instead of deporting illegal migrants, the authorities are now handing out rape alarms to schoolgirls.
Our political class has lost the plot.
This harassment by small boats migrants is happening across the country.
We saw it in Epping last year when Hadush Kebatu sexually assaulted a 14 year old girl.
It’s sickening.
Last year I raised concerns about the safety of my own daughters. I said I wouldn’t want them walking to school past a migrant hotel, and that no other parent should be put in that position either. The BBC then invited a commentator to slam me as ‘xenophobic’.
I don’t care what people say - I just want to protect the British people who are being put in danger every day by our open borders.
The Tories didn’t want to fix this, which is why I resigned.
Labour have made the problem worse.
Only a Government led by Nigel Farage has the backbone to stop the boats and protect the British people.
By the time of the next election the boats will have been coming for a decade.
This is last best chance we have to stop the damage that is being done.

Someone innocent doesn’t obstruct or outright deny providing their DNA for testing if they know it won’t match it’s the easiest way to walk away free of charges. She never publicly accused any other man of rape other than DJT, and she never said “rape is sexy” in that context; she was talking about how many other women fantasize about it and treat it as sexy.
The last two talking points originated from far right MAGAs who rushed to defend Trump the second the verdict came back as guilty and during the trial.

Ok well the deciding factor was that the dress she submitted contained male DNA. She presented the dress and her own DNA to the court/discovery process, which confirmed the presence of male DNA. When Trump was asked to provide his DNA to prove his innocence, he outright denied the request and obstructed the process. Eventually, he did provide it, but only after discovery had concluded, so even if it matched, it wouldn’t have been admissible. She also had two other witnesses supporting her.
And just to cherry on top: Trump argued that he wouldn’t be with her or do that to her because she wasn’t “his type.” In response, E. Jean Carroll presented a picture of them together, and Trump even confused that picture with one of him and his wife (who is his type) throwing that argument down the drain
