Most Christian men have no idea what’s stealing their confidence. It’s not just mental — it’s physical and spiritual too.👇

Saturdays are the only day the boys can have TV as soon as they wake up. The only catch is, they have to be old cartoons. Looney Tunes Tom and Jerry Scooby Doo etc. Saturday has been dubbed “old cartoon” day.

Answering 5000 questions from my 5 year old about Jesus at 7am is one more reason why entrepreneurship is the answer.

@theseanmcmanus How about Pastors and their relationship with money? How can I GIVE when do many pastors don't have self-control in their own financial lives!? So may "pastors" use the IRS tax code to give themselves home allowances and other tax benefits which is STEALING from church-goers!

40% of men are obese or overweight. Too many Christian men are in this category This is an embarrassing and sad statistic as men are called to be leaders of their families and community. Here's why this is a problem and how we fix it.

You don’t have a big problem. You have small leaks. Late nights Endless scrolling No gym schedule Emotional eating Avoided conversations Each one drains you quietly. None of them looks dramatic. Together they rot you. Fix one leak at a time. Start with sleep. Then movement. Then food. Then vices. Then boundaries. Control compounds. Drift compounds too. Choose.

Dad bods: Here's the TRUTH fellas. Your wife will most likely LOVE you if you're 400lbs & sloppy or 200lbs & shredded. But, even subconsciously she will RESPECT you a lot more if you're in shape. So will everyone else. You know what being in shape says as you age? •I'm disciplined. •I'm high energy. •I RESPECT myself. People see how you RESPECT you & respond accordingly. If you don't want to be a pushover at home, at the office & in life the BEST PLACE TO START IS THE GYM & respecting yourself enough to prioritize the one earth suit you've been granted. I've been both a low energy dad bod & a high energy ripped dad. To be honest both are HARD. •Getting up at 5am is hard. •Choosing to eat healthy can be hard. But it is far HARDER to live with low energy & not respecting yourself. CHOOSE YOUR HARD FELLAS. Respect yourself. Do hard things. Grow & win.

Confidence is something that I have struggled a lot with. It didn’t often show up on the outside. I love Jesus. I take care of myself. I’m in good shape. I have a beautiful wife and beautiful kids. But inside? I was frequently in turmoil… constantly thinking that I wasn’t good enough. I knew in my head where my value comes from. I knew what Christ says of me. But somewhere, there was still a disconnect. Despite knowing these things, I wasn’t living from that identity. I constantly felt the need to do better and try harder. I’ve been blessed to be in rooms with incredible men… and yet I constantly felt like I didn’t belong. Like I wasn’t worthy of being there. “If they only knew who I actually was,” I thought to myself, “there’s no way they would allow me to be here with them.” I was tying my worth to my achievements, how much I lifted, how jacked I looked, how much money I made, how much growth I was pursuing. “How good am I doing in the world’s eyes?” “Do the people around me think I’m successful?” These were the questions running in the background of my mind… even when I didn’t realize it. As a Christian, I knew these thoughts shouldn’t rule my life. But I didn’t know how to make them stop. No part of me felt good enough, because I wasn’t perfect. And perfection is what I was aiming for. And it was killing me. My mood, my demeanor, my attitude, my worth… all based on whether I felt like I was “winning” that day, that week, that month. I thought I needed to try harder to feel better about myself. But the real answer was much simpler: I needed to remember who I was. I am a son of the Most High King of Kings. I am royalty. I have an inheritance in the Kingdom of Heaven. The God of the Universe knows me by name. THAT is a powerful identity. Not because of who I am or what I can do… but because of who He is and what He has already done. I want Men of God to truly live from this identity. So I created a resource called “The Self-Confidence Assessment.” Once the assessment is completed, you’ll get access to the 7 Day Confidence Reset, where you’ll receive guidance and action steps that help you reclaim your identity and walk confidently as His son. Both resources are free, and I would love to share them with you. Comment “Assess” below and I will send you the link. Or send me a private DM if you prefer. You are His son, brother. When you begin to operate from that identity… it changes your entire life.

Most men don’t realize this: Getting stronger physically restores confidence spiritually and mentally too. For a long time, I thought confidence was something I needed to fix in my head. More prayer. More discipline. More effort. And while those things matter… something was missing. What I eventually realized was this: When a man neglects his body, it quietly leaks into every other area of his life. Not because he’s shallow. Not because muscles equal worth. But because God designed the body to be a source of strength, not friction. When I started training consistently again… When I started fueling my body with intention instead of convenience… Something shifted. My energy came back. My mind got clearer. My confidence stabilized. My leadership improved, at home, at work, everywhere. Not because I looked better. But because I felt capable again. Here’s what I’ve seen over and over with men: - Strength training teaches a man to keep promises to himself. -Nutrition teaches discipline without obsession. - Consistency rebuilds self-respect. And self-respect is the soil where confidence grows. You don’t need to live in the gym. You don’t need a perfect diet. You don’t need to chase extremes. You just need a clear plan, built for the season you’re actually in. If you’ve been feeling a little off lately, low energy, inconsistent discipline, confidence that comes and goes, that’s usually not a character issue. It’s often just a structure issue. If you want help dialing in strength and nutrition in a way that supports your life (not takes it over), I’m happy to help. No pressure. No hype. Just a conversation. DM me “STRONG” and lets chat.

What a privilege to be tired from the work you prayed for. What a privilege to feel overwhelmed by growth you used to dream about. What a privilege to be challenged by a life you created on purpose. What a privilege to outgrow things you used to settle for.

Lifting weights doesn’t fix everything. But for a lot of us, (myself included) it was/is one of the first things to get the ball rolling on real self improvement.

Here’s the stat that should terrify every husband and father: 1 in 5 American men have ZERO close friends. Not “kinda lonely.” Zero. In 1990, that number was 3%. We lost 83% of our brothers in one generation. I have seen this drop in my own life. Men in my life and many others are dropping like flies. This is where mens retreats, the gym and church come in to play.
