The sixers took the Knicks to 6 and the Knicks had no Julius Randle, no Mitchel Robinson after embids dirty play in game 3, and Bojan went down. Divencenzo was the Knicks second option after Brunson and were running a 7 man rotation with a first year Duece and Precious Achewa off the bench. This time around we got Kat, a healthy Mitch, bridges and rolling about 9-10 deep. Sixers struggled to hold on against the Maine Celtics in game 7. Knicks winning this series in 5.

@KanakoThe3rd Lowkey I've always thought Z was just as good as Rupal minus the play experience with the rest of the roster. Rupal was a nepo baby jobber from Mayhem that got to where he was by being affordable and not a complete bot. Liquid/Toronto would've been better with UV/Landon/CJay

The only reason I feel a little uncertain is because Casores was high on Escanor. If Liquid is looking, Id hope Zs is the frontrunner. If thats what she wants. Splitting from ex sakura would obviously be tough. I totally understand staying, even in the case of her getting offered

As for Escanor joining this roster, this might be telling of where he’ll be come stage 2, at least that’s what I get from this. As of now, I’d say this leans more towards Liquid moving on. But we’ll see on that one I suppose. If he is staying, get him to NA.

@birkeland_jacob @gregogallagher coordination is very specific to the action you are doing and there is a really low chance every piece of furniture can be lifted with same action as deadlifting, the main reason you can lift it well is because your back extension muscles are developed

@gregogallagher Depends what you care about. If you care about being strong, like whole body strong, actually functional, like how much total weight can you move? Deadlift is the best place for your effort. If you only care about looks, and you don't mind being soft, then ya, waste of effort.

@thesues7 Depends on your bf%. If your hovering around 15-20% it gets hard. But if your like 25+ then yeah shit is easy asf tbh. Also gotta factor in job and school making it easier to submit to your cravings.

If you just walk 8-10 k steps a day, lift 3-4 times a week and eat 300-400 calories under your maintenance calories 90% of the time, you will hit your dream physique in 4-6 months pretty easily, I feel like so many people out there overcomplicate health and fitness too much
