@calCPFC1 @blul0uise @easyJet Why are you defending a multi-billion pound business? It’s crazy how poor the duty of care is in the airline industry.

.@easyJet 4-hour delayed flight resulting in the car hire company being closed on the other end with no way of getting to our accommodation. There are no staff members at the airport to help with issues caused by the delay. Left to sleep in the car park overnight.

@Madders505 Hello! The trains are departing Liverpool towards Formby every 10 minutes between 0700 & 1100, starting from 0657. Between 1100 & 1200 they will depart at 1108, 1117, 1128, 1137 & 1157. ^Claire

Just tried boarding a flight to Spain. My passport runs out June 2027. Was refused boarding because apparently it ran out in 2026 according to new European rules😳🫤Can anyone explain this to me? I’m now stuck @Ryanair @ukhomeoffice - check your passports people. Who knew .

@kelvmackenzie This is happening all the time. I haven't had a flight take off in uk anywhere near on time for the last 2 years. They load passengers, move off from gate then plot up in a holding area for at least an hour min, spouting some crap about slots or weather or whatever comes to mind.

The Sunday Times reports a BA planeload of holidaymakers due to leave T5 at Heathrow for Dalaman, Turkey, were ready to go at 7am Saturday but due to the weather were kept in their seats for a disgusting 8.5hours ( until 3.30pm) having been fed a diet of crisps and water. The plane appeared to have taxied to a no man’s land where they stayed while the hopeless management decided what to do. The passengers nightmare wasn’t helped by the fact the first crew ran out of hours and had to be replaced. The next crew turned up at 2pm but then missed their takeoff slot and BA finally “ free” the holidaymakers who then discovered there wasn’t another Dalaman plane until Tuesday. Totally unacceptable that the holidaymakers spent 8.5hours trapped in the plane and I want to know why they couldn’t be returned to the terminal. I suspect because it didn’t suit BA. I hope the passengers sues the arse off them.
