Bought tix a month ahead on @viagogo for a show on May 11. 2 hours before the show they email me asking me to renew my tickets. I take action within 5 min. No tickets available (even though there were 2 tix left listed on their site). I had to accept refund. How is this legal?

18 days. 2 emails to Customer Support. 0 replies. @Avis is this how you treat Preferred Gold Plus members? You charged me for a ski rack I never got and gave me an EV I couldn't fast-charge in Europe. Case #8814F504. I need my refund and a response ASAP.

@radiohead @AXS_UK I am not a bot! I thought you knew I had been following you for 30 years. I followed every rule communicated to me but I ended being blocked as a bot. Turned off Private Relay, tried from another devices.. when I finally got in, it was sold out. NotOK Computer
