Russian prison officials said they intercepted a cat being used as a drug mule to smuggle drugs into a penal colony in the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod on Tuesday.
According to the Federal Penitentiary Service, the animal was carrying two homemade fabric collars containing prohibited substances that was intended to deliver them to inmates at Penal Colony No. 17.
Prison staff spotted the cat before it entered the facility, intercepted the animal, and confiscated the collars.

In 1788, this means Virginia and Pennsylvania would have controlled the nation.

You cannot know if voter participation would change in states dominated by one party if the President was elected by popular vote. Your ignorance is based on a refusal to accept that under our system, state sovereignty existed and still exists.

@RadioFreeTom Modern militaries require roads, electricity, water, supplies. Bombing a bridge pressures the military by reducing its mobility and supply. Adding a threat to that bombing doesn’t make it more or less of a war crime.

I would love it if the GOP would put forth a rational, moderate candidate for gov but with the primary system it's always the most extreme MAGA that doesn't stand a chance
