@narindertweets Dog poo contains E. coli, Salmonella, Campylobacter, and Yersinia, which can cause severe gastrointestinal illness, infections, and diarrhea in humans. The waste also carries parasitic worms (like Toxocara canis) and protozoa (like Giardia) that can persist in soil for years. 💜

@spudly77 Championship better league anyway. All the premiership bollocks removed. No var. wank supporters. 2bob wage thief players. Enjoy
English

@ClarksonsFarm1 Ignore and not question what’s being done to them by their own governments
English

@danbarker The top levels look like a rundown 1960s council estate waiting to be demolished.
English

@Daniel_BrownUK @karl_fh There’s a reason why the lady that lives behind me hasn’t done a days work in her life yet drives a Mercedes, smokes, drinks and has 4 children without a father to be seen. Give her the payment card instead of cash. Then I wouldn’t have a problem
English

@tickedybooo @karl_fh In the eyes of the law it's their money.
English

I am more than happy to give kids like this a “pay rise”

Mel Stride@MelJStride
By lifting the two child benefit cap, Rachel Reeves has just given those on benefits a pay rise.
English

@Daniel_BrownUK @karl_fh It’s a payment card. With restrictions on it. It really isn’t that difficult.
English

@tickedybooo @karl_fh You've missed the point entirely there.
English

@ronin21btc Probably on £25 a week. What’s the point of this?
English

@djh84 @THemingford That guaranteed is it? Because I know plenty that have taken 6 months off with stress or bad backs. If you run an sme that’ll break you. There’s a fine line between a happy worker a complete piss taker. Sub work out to sole traders now. More expensive day rate.100% more reliable
English

@tickedybooo @THemingford Happy employees are less likely to go sick, and more likely to do extra based on goodwill. If you look after staff, they'll look after you
English

People mock unions while enjoying things unions helped win or defend: weekends, shorter hours, paid holidays, safer workplaces, sick pay, maternity rights and redundancy protections. These were not gifts from employers. They were fought for, against Thatcher and her ilk.
Thomas H. 💙@THemingford
The cause of so many of the UK's problems today trace back to one person.
English

@djh84 @THemingford No difference to profit if a worker is happy or not. Big difference in profit when long term sick has to be paid for and cover brought in.
English

@tickedybooo @THemingford Does having happy employees, and low staff turnover, make any business profitable, or more profitable?
English

@THemingford Another brainwashed twat from some Fabian run university.
English

@THemingford Couldn’t agree more. When I think how long and hard unions fought for these rights and Farage would destroy them all given the chance.
English

@StephenP311275 @THemingford Bang on mate. Fucking Unite the union. Load of old bollocks. Had them on more than one job. Take the subs quick enough, then stitched blokes up everywhere.
English

@THemingford Unions only line their own pockets. I've worked in construction for 38 years. Pin up a few posters on site and pretend they're here for the worker. Leeches, there in name only, taking backhanders to look the other way. Seen accidents hushed up countless times. Parasites.
English

@Daniel_BrownUK @karl_fh If it was on a card set to the person it’s impossible to sell on. Bit like me selling my own debit card. I’m not on about paper vouchers. Things have moved on. Give them a pre set card that restricts them from buying crap.
English

@tickedybooo @karl_fh They sold the prepaid cards/vouchers for less than what they were worth. "Here is an £80 card/voucher for £50 cash" People would buy them from them.
English

@Daniel_BrownUK @karl_fh I’m on no benefits and I have to shop around. Next.
English

@tickedybooo @karl_fh Many retailers hated it and saw it as a headache and costly. And then you have the fact that some shops may be cheaper than others so it restricts people on limited budgets shopping around etc. There are so many issues with it, hence why it never worked anywhere.
English

@Daniel_BrownUK @karl_fh It’s definitely not their money. The point is it’s simple, easy and cheap to manage. Rather than giving cash. Restrictions on what you can’t buy rather than what you can.
No fags, booze, lottery tickets etc.
Takes the starving kid argument out of it.
English

@tickedybooo @karl_fh It's legally their money and you cannot restrict what they spend it on. Everyone is different and has complex needs. You can't say, for example, you can all only get bread, eggs, and milk. Some may have allergies or special dietary needs. Then you have to get retailers onboard.
English

@Daniel_BrownUK @karl_fh Completely disagree. Couldn’t be easier this day and age. Put an allowance on a card. Why would someone buy a voucher for cash that restricts what you can buy?
And it most certainly isn’t their money. It’s tax payers that’s been kindly given to them.
English

@tickedybooo @karl_fh Been tried across the world and scrapped as it didn't work for various reasons. Too expensive to implement. They would sell the vouchers for cash anyway. Dehumanising and paternalistic. Against human rights as it's their money and should be able to spend it how they see fit.
