Putting away my @sainsburys order and several things this week have been crammed into those plastic boxes, damaging them. Poor strawberries in particular are very battered ☹️

@EE So I’ve tried this several times. They said there had been some update since 9th Feb, but couldn’t explain what was different to when I rang on the 9th. I’ve been told I should be updated every 10 days, which isn’t happening either. 4 weeks without wired internet.

Moved into a new house with existing ADSL line, according to EE @WeAreOpenreach can’t activate it because my house is “Fibre Ready” Time for @WeAreOpenreach to install fibre. 8 weeks. Why can’t you enable ADSL while I wait?!?!?

@WeAreOpenreach @EE Got a phone call from @WeAreOpenreach engineer Saturday "Are you in? We can't complete work otherwise." I wasn't in. No appointment booked Only Access requested on "Permission to carry out work" with no work that would require me to be present This is ridiculous.

@WeAreOpenreach Can you help here @EE ? My OpenReach install date is now 29th April which is ELEVEN weeks away?!?! I was told on the phone when I bought the package install would take two weeks...

@WeAreOpenreach I've spoken to my provider and they say it's you that need to bring the date forward. So can you?

@WeAreOpenreach Right, so you’ve stopped the working internet 8 weeks before you can fit a new one… Doesn’t seem a great policy…

Hey, @GNRailUK whats the deal with not offering AutoPay at Potters Bar car park? Your support team said “technical reasons” which they clarified to mean Potters Bar doesn’t have ANPR (it does). They next claimed “multiple factors”. Seems you just like fining commuters to me.

@3Dmattias @NatGeo The scan is owned by the Falklands Maritime Heritage Trust. You'd have to approach them, Mattias. My understanding is they are making it available for research, but on what terms I do not know.

Had TWO SUCCESSIVE flights cancelled by @britishairshows a month ago. Still not been refunded all the money I paid for the flights. So far been told "You'll get in in 48 hours" THREE times. When I've tried ringing the support line, the robot just hangs up on me.

Just read @DailyMirror article mirror.co.uk/travel/news/ba… Family was booked on this flight. What’s worse, we rebooked next day and the SAME FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED AGAIN! My 4 and 8 year olds were distraught. No support at all from BA and had to cancel our family holiday.

Thanks @British_Airways two successive flights to NYC cancelled. Been at Gatwick over 30 hours now, next direct flight not for TWO DAYS until Thursday.
