@SadiqKhan You are forcing people who rely on their cars for short journeys to get their weekly shop, or visit relatives, to spend money they can't afford. Taking away their independence. You must be so proud of what you have achieved! But if you can afford to pay, then carry on polluting!

@GMB @easyJet We were flying out of Naples, no help from @easyJet around finding accommodation. We are now in an Airbnb, I'm hoping we will be refunded! I was told its likely they will only refund up to £25 a day for food.

@GMB We are a party of 12. Our flight to Gatwick was cancelled after we had checked in luggage. No EasyJet staff anywhere. Took hours to get our luggage back, when I did get through to @easyjet on the phone, the best they could do was a flight on Wednesday to Birmingham.

@British_Airways, you have forced me to log a complaint to claim a refund due to bereavement, which is taking far too long, especially when Ryanair and Easyjet both replied and refunded within a matter of days! So come on BA, pull your finger out!

@British_Airways I do understand that I am not your only customer, but this issue clearly is not a priority in your eyes. The reason I say this is because I know of other people that have logged complaints after mine and theirs have been dealt with, so you do not deal with them in date order!

@British_Airways it is now way over two months since I first requested a refund for a return flight to Spain, still no formal acknowledgement or update! As fully explained in the request, I lost both parents within three days of each other, can't believe how long this is taking!

After sending a DM still nothing done. @British_Airways clearly don't deal with complaints in the order that they are logged and you are unable to tell me how you prioritise your complaints, so I can only assume that refund requests due to bereavement are way down your list!

@lambeth_council, you are a disgrace, 24hrs after reporting blocked pipes, my 88yr old mother inlaw is still putting up with other peoples waste water forcing its way into her sink and flooding her kitchen! Sending a man round to tape over the plug hole does not solve the problem
