@wmsmediaonx the final episode of Neon Genesis Evangelion made me wonder this, and it's one of the reasons I haven't seen the films.

A film you finished and genuinely wondered if that writer was OK?

@musicphanatic yeah, the guy I think of is the drummer for BTBAM but he does in fact get a bit of credit, so I think it's a silly exercise. what about neil peart? what about ringo? what about (popular drummer)?

@rzrvinyl It's weird that people complain about global warming and then pretend that other planets don't have worse systems.

@m_anthonyharris People in Japan for the most part think he is strange and impolite. They're definitely not happy with this recent action and view him as someone who breaks deals and is unreliable. It's tbd how the new aspects of the trade war hit people here, but certainly oil is pricier.

@JBay_AllTheWay My 15 and 16 year old would say YES, hands down (and my current self just recorded some music still inspired by it). My grown up self says I prefer the message & music of Delirious (& prefers lyrics on KoF & not andrea/ christalena/ random girl who's never been to Bremerton)

Seeing a BART car for the first time, Concord, 1965. The first time the public saw a BART car was during a 1965 unveiling in Concord, seven years before the system began carrying passengers on Sept. 11, 1972. BART officials framed the unveiling and tours at the agency’s Diablo Testing Facility in Concord as an opportunity to gather feedback and fine-tune the interiors to meet passenger needs. “We’ve got to compete with the luxury of today’s autos,” then-general manager B.R. Stokes, who is seen in this edit, told the assembled press. “I think we’ve got something that only, possibly, a jet can compare with.” The crowd, mostly press and BART employees, responded enthusiastically until they boarded the cars. Passengers loved the width of the seats but were unhappy with the legroom. source footage 🎥: Levene Productions

@GarlicFryRy @SFGiants He's a good 6-7-8 guy. I think he works really well with certain match-ups. Maybe could take another step further, but I think those innings suit him well. Very passionate.

José Butto should start the season as the @SFGiants Setup Man, he proved he can pitch in high leverage situations this WBC.

@_P3te_Belcher @Ineverglow a couple songs on this album already remind me of Keith Green in their composition and background guitar work

@_P3te_Belcher @Ineverglow I'm finally going to listen to a few Twila Paris albums. She's almost more known as a songwriter than as singer/artist because of We Will Glorify, We Bow Down, and He is Exalted.

@Ineverglow I'm using this tournament to listen to albums I've overlooked... and that includes finally listening to a BeBe & CeCe Winans album. 😃

@80sPastorDude It's an album where you can know the lyrics but not necessarily pay attention to what they're saying, because once you notice the content it becomes trashy instead of classy. Such a skilled group, though.

I am not proud but as "Paul Revere" was playing I knew every word. Back when I was a kid I used to say things like, "I don't really pay attention to the lyrics." That fact that I can still recite every line forty years later says different.
Lee@80sPastorDude

I listened to this album SO much when I was in high school. It inspired a very brief period of me writing rap songs. Musically, it is still fascinating. Lyrically, not so much. This is the first time I have listened to it in a very long time.

@dlwhiteman @Ineverglow I'd recommend 'hello, mannequin' or 'the ministry of archers' above it, personally.
