if that is any way you can make it to a voting location do it and bring your elderly neighbors, those who would struggle to make it .. because mail-in ballots are surely going to go missing.

He wants the states to submit their ballot by mail lists to the USPS 60 days prior to an election so they can assign a barcode to everyone.
If you're not on that list. You don't get a mail in ballot.
So whatever you do don't move from September to November.

We received LOTS of mail ballot requests around 30-40 days prior to the election.
If I'm reading this right, the Executive Order would prohibit the County from mailing ballots to those requesters (because those requests wouldn't have been on 60-day notice sent to USPS).

@donwinslow It is so bizarre . Usually you hear about cracking down on things like transporting drugs or cracking down on repeat offenders. Cracking down on voting by mail? Are they going to pull DNA off the stamp. They create alternate realities where non existent problems gain attention.

President Trump is implementing a new Executive Order to deal with Mail-In Ballots. The method chosen will be the US Gov (DHS) will be creating a list of verified voters using tools such as SSN. The EO will then order USPS to only send mail-in ballots if its on the list. Then the order will create new security for mail-in ballots such as new barcodes and require states to submit lists of voters to the federal government 60 Days before the election.
