👨‍🍳 Receta de cocina: 🇪🇸 Torrijas 🇪🇸 🗒️ Ingredientes Para 8 personas 1 pan de torrijas (mejor comprado la víspera) de ¾ a 1 litro de leche hirviendo 3 cucharadas soperas de azúcar 2 ó 3 huevos 1 litro de aceite (sobrará) azúcar molida para espolvorearlas 🍳 Preparación: Corta la barra de pan en rodajas de un dedo de gruesas (2 cm) y colócalas en una fuente un poco honda. Pon la leche a calentar con las 3 cucharadas de azúcar y cuando esté a punto de cocer, viértela sobre el pan. Déjala como una hora para que se empapen. En un plato sopero bate 2 huevos como para tortilla. Al momento de freír las torrijas, cógelas de una en una con una espumadera, rebózalas en el huevo batido rápidamente y colócalas en el aceite caliente. Cuando estén doradas por un lado, dales la vuelta con cuidado para que no se rompan. Sácalas y déjalas escurrir un poco. Colócalas en la fuente donde se vayan a servir, espolvoreándolas con azúcar. Puedes servirlas templadas o frías. Hay a quien le gustan las torrijas bañadas con almíbar. Para esto, empápalas sólo con ½ litro de leche y, una vez fritas, colócalas en la fuente y rocíalas con el siguiente almíbar (naturalmente, ya no las espolvorees con el azúcar): Baño: Pon a cocer ½ litro de agua con 125 g de azúcar unos 8 minutos, y después añádele el vino y déjalo cocer otros 5 minutos. Apártalo del fuego y, cuando esté aún caliente (pero no hirviendo), con una cuchara sopera vierte sobre cada torrija el almíbar. 🍽️ Cómo se sirve Sirve las torrijas templadas o frías, espolvoreadas con azúcar o bañadas en almíbar. 🔎 Consejo para mejores resultados Utiliza pan del día anterior y déjalo empapar bien la leche para que queden jugosas por dentro y crujientes por fuera. ✅ Valor nutricional Dulce tradicional perfecto para aprovechar el pan, reconfortante y lleno de sabor casero. 😋 ¡Disfruta de tu receta tradicional española! 🇪🇸
