Hey @JetBlue 0 for 4 today. Filthy plane, broken tray tables, 0 WiFi, and a lost bag. Why does my bag left behind at DCA have to wait for the next DIRECT flight to RSW? Why is it not on the next flight jetblue flight, PERIOD?
