Fancy-dancy new building going up at the very central-city intersection of Tennessee & Macomb. Now I’m jealous because these washer/dryers have a better view of Tallahassee than I do.

Using a device that still works is called "device hoarding" by the capitalists. These people are truly insane.
MC Squared@mcsquared34
No CNBC, it’s not device hoarding it’s —MY PHONE STILL WORKS FINE AND I’M NOT GOING TO SPEND $1500 FOR A SLIGHTLY BETTER CAMERA AND AN AI FEATURE THAT I’LL EVENTUALLY DISABLE

There's a King Midas aspect to motor vehicles. The Midas touch was great until he wanted to eat or drink or just hug his daughter.
To a certain point, cars are fantastic inventions making it easy to get to far-flung places, opening doors for new places to live or work or play.
But there's a tipping point when the built environment and our lives are arranged around motor vehicles where the benefits start to come undone.
As terrible as it is, it's fixable and it's fixable starting at the local level.

You don’t see neighborhoods like this anymore because most young parents don’t own homes. Less than 5% of mortgage holders are under 30 in major metros, and the average homeowner is over 50.
That’s why most neighborhoods or suburbs feel empty, they’re owned by older people whose kids are grown, while younger families are renting apartments & priced out of the communities.

Earlier this year, you sold a 1,440-square-foot home in Richmond for $520,000. The same property last sold 11 years ago for $285,000.

There is no housing shortage. Millennials just don't get to live in their first choice neighborhood and need to get the h*ll over it.

real estate listing images being lies is going to be so huge for realtors
I appreciate you.@DeeLaSheeArt
So I’m noticing, as I look at houses to rent, that landlords are using AI to stage the pictures but the AI is also cleaning up the walls, paint, windows and stuff in the process so when you go look in person it looks way more worn and torn than the pics would show
