@DeanTTraining Portion control is key. At my best I was 165 about 8-10%. I got comfortable and complacent stopped tracking and called it bulking. I hit 200 over about a year with increased strength but softness too. I started tracking 2 weeks ago, just portion control and I’m back to 188

@nextlevelbb And this is why coaches are reliant on the portal and players that have been playing rather than developing talent and nurture for 4-5 years.

Realities of big time college athletics. Pay a coach like an MLB manager. Pay millions in NIL money. Pay a staff like pro coaches. Elite college level facilities. A great season is winning the national championship. A good season is going to Omaha. Everything else has to be the hot seat. People will say what about getting to a regional or super regional. The money predicts the expectations and a lot are spending Omaha type money.

Barbell Bench Press will basically be a THING OF THE PAST once one of these gets put in every gym in the world Perhaps the most GOATED Flat Chest Press Machine ever made Many of you don’t even realize how badly you NEED this in your life One day it’ll click for you! ONE DAY…
Johnny@johnnycrypto_2

@DeanTTraining Dean, going to speak on the flat machine press for a second. The stretch and pump hit HARDER than the traditional chest press. If physique is IMPORTANT to anyone, give it a try. It might be painful to hear, BUT…….

@MatNuclear Regardless of your feelings about Ben (I happen to be a fan), he is completely correct here and his voice is an important one in the conservative conversation.

Day 15 How did you become friends with George Brett? The timing of this question feels especially fitting since today is George’s birthday. Happy Birthday, George! Back in 2018, I was living out a dream by working as a police officer in the Royals dugout. Before the game started, George’s son, Jackson, came down behind the dugout to say hello to my friend Sergeant Tommy Woods, who had graciously let me work alongside him that night. Tommy introduced us and mentioned that I had just been diagnosed with ALS. Not long after, I jokingly told Jackson, “Tell your dad to come down here. I want to meet him.” Normally, I would never say something like that. But I knew how deeply ALS mattered to George. It’s even referenced on the inscription of his statue beyond the right field wall. For more than 40 years, George has been committed to fighting ALS after losing his close friend Keith Worthington to the disease. He made Keith a promise that he would stay in the fight until there’s a cure. A little while later, Jackson returned and said, “George is down there and wants to meet you.” Instantly, I was nervous. What do you even say to your childhood hero? George greeted me with a hug and handed me a baseball he had signed. He asked how I was doing and made sure I had the support I needed. Before we finished talking, he asked what he could do for me. I remember laughing and saying, “Honestly, this is already pretty amazing.” But then I added, “Throwing out the first pitch with you would be awesome.” George smiled and said, “Consider it done.” Less than a month later, it happened. Before we parted ways that night, George also promised me something else — that he would stand beside me throughout my battle with ALS. Over the years, he has kept that promise in every way possible. A lot of people know George Brett as a Hall of Fame baseball player. I know him as a loyal friend, a man of his word, and someone who quietly shows up for people when they need it most. His friendship has been one of the greatest blessings of my ALS journey, and I will never stop being grateful for the kindness he’s shown me and so many others fighting this disease. #ALS #ALSAwareness #SarahsSoldiers #FightLikeAGirl

Very rarely will you need to buy your husband a new wallet, but when that day comes, it is somehow a major household decision and you cannot screw it up. Men will carry the same wallet for 20 years with the corners falling apart and still say it’s fine. So this is not the moment for creativity. Slim, durable, leather if he’s a leather guy, metal if he already likes that kind of thing. Do not surprise a man with a weird wallet.

Stopped at the Buc-ee’s in Smiths Grove, KY on the way to this evening’s FOURTH OPTION event in Franklin, TN. 🇺🇸 I can’t believe I just discovered Buc-ee’s on this book tour! I think I am going to do a “road trip” book tour at some point that takes me from Buc-ee’s to Buc-ee’s. As Buc-ee’s did not have copies of THE FOURTH OPTION, I brought one in, signed it, and left it in the book section for anyone stopping by. Enjoy the read! Now I’m going to chow down on my chopped brisket Buc-ee’s sandwich paired with an XL Dr Pepper - lunch of champions 💪 See everyone tonight in Franklin, TN! officialjackcarr.com/books/the-four…

He is right, but selfishly, I wish we did not have term limits for governors in Florida
Florida’s Voice@FLVoiceNews

WATCH: @GovRonDeSantis is doubling down on his call for Congressional term limits, arguing that the Founding Fathers would be "very much in favor" of the move today. "If you would have had term limits, Nancy Pelosi would have been retired in the 1980s. I mean, how amazing would that have been?"

Day 14 What is a piece of adaptive equipment you would recommend to someone in your shoes? My bed. Without question. People don’t realize how difficult sleep becomes when you can no longer move or reposition yourself independently. For years, I barely slept. I was constantly waking up needing someone to adjust me. I hated having to rely on other people all night long, but I assumed it was just another unfortunate part of ALS. What I wouldn’t accept, though, was a hospital bed. For me, there’s nothing comforting about them. My bed has always represented normalcy, and holding onto that mattered. If you know me, you know I never settle. So I started searching for a smart bed base I could control myself using eye gaze through my TD Pilot, even in the dark. That’s when I found the Purple Premium Plus Smart Base. You can get it in Twin XL sizes, and two together make a king bed. It has been a complete game changer. I went from waking up multiple times every hour to sleeping through the night. Zero-G is magic. In 8 years with ALS, I’ve never had a single pressure sore, which is incredibly common when you lose the ability to reposition yourself. It’s one of those pieces of equipment most people don’t even know exists, but it can dramatically improve quality of life — not only for the person living with ALS, but also for the people caring for them because they’re no longer being woken up nonstop throughout the night. And as an added bonus, my nephews think it’s the coolest thing ever during movie nights and sleepovers. No this is not an ad and I am not a spokesperson for the company. Just real life experience. @GaryRWard I’m sorry Gary. I know how you feel having been in a similar situation before. However your Spurs content is great. While you’re looking, keep growing and engaging in social media and doing the rounds. I firmly believe it will pay off for you.

@ChrisCowlin They will review the post and punish Madders for speaking his mind but will not punish the referee for missing the call. What kind of ass awards logic polices posts and not actual misconduct or incompetence?

Former referee and PGMOL chief Keith Hackett, talking to the Football Insider, about James Maddison's comments about match officials... “This post will be reviewed by the FA Disciplinary Department, which will determine if it brings into question the integrity of the referee. “If they decide that it does, he will be written to and asked for his observations, which then may result in a charge, and if found guilty, may result in a fine or suspension. “In my opinion, it does question the match official’s integrity, and he should be charged, but watch this space.” #COYS #THFC
