We are very sad to announce that former player, captain, Chairman & President Brian Fielding passed away over the weekend. Thoughts & prayers with all his family & friends. He will be missed by many but we all have some great memories of spending time in his company RIP 💛💚💛💚
I used to defend you @SA_Havaianas_SA. I wear mine everywhere from the office to mini walks even on a trail in Tsitsikamma. Now I drive around with extra just incase. Clearly GOT pair isn't old, only launched 2019. My pairs of over 8yrs ago survived longer. 3 pairs down 7 to go😑
Getting to where you no longer have to tell players what they can’t do.
They know they have to practice & Do
They know they need to “eat” right & Do
They know they need to rest and recover & Do
They know to hit the gym & Do
They know the need to look out for each other & Do

not so the world can see you"

So the finance minister of Britain is black? A black finance minister in a predominantly white, European country. And here you are here, complaining about “systemic racism” - that it hinders your progress. What systemic racism? Get to work, work hard, you’ll succeed!!!
@Shaun_Analytics@pmsudharshan Maybe it has something to do with the amount of First class games we play? 7 a season while most other countries play double?
@pmsudharshan Well in our current top 6, only one player younger than 25.
So if they're not getting chances to grow and learn this pain will continue for a while longer.
The batting averages and 100s scored by South Africa's top 7 broken down by year.
2016: 42.49 (12)
2017: 37.91 (13)
2018: 30.72 (6)
2019: 28.66 (4)
2020: 32.83 (1)
2021: 31.31 (3)
2022: 31.49 (2)
Our batting problems have existed now for many years...

@kevinintaba@KevinMcCallum That actions of CSA does not mean the players support them. It's sad coz at the end of the day without your support it's the players that loose out. You not hurting the people that make these decisions it's us the players that suffer.
CSA drop all charges against Mark Boucher because: "CSA’s lawyers engaged with various other potential witnesses over the last month and
concluded that the none of the three charges were sustainable.”
@StephenGrootes@SAfmRadio The cost of electricity and petrol makes its extremely tough these days . Throw load shedding on top it's so hard for small businesses to stay alive net alone make a profit.
President Cyril Ramaphosa says the ANC will do everything it can to create jobs. What policies will create jobs? How do we get peple into work. @SAfmRadio#SAfmSunrise
@sidhu_atam@DanCricket93 System is rotten to the core. Politics and poor administration is killing the sport I love. To a point I feel we might not have domestic cricket in 2 years time..
@DanCricket93@andrecolling@OfficialCSA@Tim32_cricket Level of cricket not really the issue when it comes to ESPNcricinfo. Even Namibian and Zimbabwe domestic cricket is covered! I’ve asked why SA cricket isn’t live on ESPNcricinfo many times. No answer, no reason given…..
CSA One Day Cup - No sponsor. Not on ESPNCricinfo. Handful of games televised. At the ground (Newlands) one entrance, player stats are not updated. Rubbish stadium announcer. No fans. What the hell is going on? @OfficialCSA@DanCricket93@Tim32_cricket
@DanCricket93@andrecolling@OfficialCSA@Tim32_cricket This season we had to pay for our own baggies. We begging for decent nets and kit. Basics aren't being provided. How can players develop and want to play when we treated like this.
@andrecolling@OfficialCSA@Tim32_cricket Domestic cricket has rapidly deteriorated over the last few years. I don’t know why anyone would want to sponsor it.
