@DanAttle I think your calculations are little off there your working red at 70ppl but white at £1.45 a litre my fuel card for white this week is £1.09 so that would mean a £156 increase not £300, for clarity I think it would be a disaster for farming if we lost red …

So as you can see here is one of my tractors when working hard it burns 400 litres a day so it costs £280 to fill it currently if they axe red diesel it will then cost me £580 - would be nice if I could double the price of my wheat but we simply can’t I really fear the future

I’ve got a trip to Manchester coming up next month. Driving my EV for 4 hours and 45 minutes will only need a 14 minute stop. Given you’re meant to stop every 2 hours this shows that public charging does not add any additional time or inconvenience to your journey

@lorrainemking ...nearly half the farms in the uk are under 50acres. The top price for farmland is £9584 per acre. The average farm (200acres) would be valued close to £2mil. The bulk of farms (im going for 50acres) would be valued at £480k. Most farmers will not be touched by the tax. 2/2

We feed 10kg of plant protein to cows to get 1kg of beef. That's incredibly inefficient... We’ve now found a way to extract protein from grass, along with B12 and Omega oils... we don’t need cows to do it anymore.
