🎉Whoa! Following on the heels of last night's TPS designation for Venezuela, @SecMayorkas just extended and redesignated TPS for nationals of Afghanistan! That means any afghan national who arrived between May 20, 2022 and September 20, 2023 would be eligible to apply for TPS.

@USCIS just said regstrn for TPS from the Ramos countries—El Sal, Haiti, Hondrs, Nepal, Nicrgua, Sudan—will be extended for 18 months. We had to sue and bring intense pressure to fix this, but better late than never. @TPS_Alliance @TomJawetz @TheToddSchulte @ReichlinMelnick
