Why do people feel the need to send vitriol such as this? Because you’ve been asked to think deeper about your interactions with people who may need reasonable adjustments, to make their experience of you and the care you give them better and safer? Something is very wrong here!

#Oliverscampaign This is the nastiness that is sent to me My first meeting tonight with an NHS Trust will start at 10 pm. Then I have a meeting with the Minister for Education at 3.15am. Last night, I had two meetings starting from 9 pm Oliver is dead. I gain NOTHING from this

We spent 4 years as team @enhtqi and I can honestly say I learned more about systems, improvement, leadership and what really matters in those 4 years than I did in any other role in 25 years in the NHS. It’s so long from us and me for now as I explore new beginnings ❤️

In praise of "worker bees" in organisations & in nature. They keep the system going. Hierarchical structures often fail to recognise the impact of small-scale contributors. We need to acknowledge that “smaller” players are critical to the health & resilience of larger organisations.
