Probably my favorite part of that trial was when Judge Mehta stopped the reading of his dozen different legal name changes, and “Abdullah Rasheed” then blurted out, “That doesn’t include the 30 other names I use online.”
That’s the same DOJ now keeping Brian Cole Jr. locked up.

I stood at the Rhode Island State House last week while gun owners packed the hearing room to push back against new restrictions.
I saw it firsthand.
The room was full. The passion was real. Rhode Islanders showed up.
And they’re still going to push the bills through anyway.
That’s the pattern. Every session, another step. Another restriction. Another right quietly chipped away — while they count on you going home, getting frustrated, and not coming back.
So let me ask you something.
Did they represent you when they did this?
Because if the answer is no — that’s not a reason to give up.
That’s a reason to vote.
We have the numbers. I’ve seen them with my own eyes — standing room only at the State House for a Tuesday night hearing on gun rights.
Those same people need to be standing in line on Election Day.
That’s how this changes.
Not with anger. Not with frustration.
With votes.

I actually agree with the DOJ on this, for FOUR reasons … that are mostly not theirs:
1 - The pardon order clearly covers only behaviors on “January 6, 2021.” Not J5.
2 - Brian Cole Jr. was not the person who laid those devices on the evening of J5.
3 - There was no crime, Pt. 1: Shauni Kerkhoff believed she was participating in a @CapitolPolice training exercise. That is my long time working theory.
4 - There was no crime, Pt. 2: As part of that training exercise, the training devices planted at both the RNC and DNC were inert and never intended to harm or do damage.
The crime comes from those who planned for and recruited the participants in this fake exercise. Then, of course, by those who participated in the cover up for over five years.
There was indeed a criminal purpose behind the planting of those devices, but the criminals are higher up the USCP and IC food chain.
