@northernassist the next 2 Knaresborough trains are cancelled and I am booked on one of them and need to get home. I have received no refund and the only other available routes is to go from Leeds to York then to Knaresborough.

@CrossCountryUK my Northern connection Nottingham to Leeds has been cancelled due to flooding. I see there's a connection where both of the trains Nottingham to Leeds are cross country. Can I get these with my current ticket? Otherwise I'll be stuck in Nottingham 😔

@CrossCountryUK Due to this I have paid for the 13:30 train to Newcastle, I was booked on the 13:05. Can I have a refund so that I am not out of pocket please? The cross country staff at Edinburgh Waverley were clueless and couldn’t offer any alternatives.

@AvantiWestCoast @dphsnow Hi I was supposed to catching the 19:02 to Tamworth. I was advised to catch the delayed 19:16 to Bham new street and then get a cross country train to T/worth. The last train to Tamworth goes at 21:03. I am not likely to catch this. How can you help me?

@northernassist it was purchased via trainline, a Huddersfield to Sheffield anytime day return. the return train I anticipated catching was cancelled and I had to spend another £23.10 on a cross country service that allowed travel via Leeds
