So this happened. My wife, who’s not really into video games outside of Mario Kart, was snooping through my collection. I wasn’t paying any attention until she let out this massive “wooooooaahhhhhhhh.” Since she’s 5 months pregnant and I’m on guard 24/7, I came running over asking what was wrong. She looks at me dead serious and goes, “YOU HAVE KILLER INSTINCT?!?!” Turns out she used to play it constantly with her brothers as kids. That black cartridge has been sitting front and center on my shelf for at least 2 years and she never noticed it. Sorry guys, I’m busy this weekend. Wife wants to play Killer Instinct on the Super Nintendo.😂

I'm not a doctor and neither is this man but hundreds of hours of personal research lead me to agree with most of his cholesterol panel dissection. Total cholesterol: Fairly useless. LDL is not the boogeyman (although glycated LDL can be a problem) Triglycerides divided by HDL is the best predictor of heart disease risk in a cholesterol panel.

7’3 18 year old Big Luigi Suigo has been one of the most impressive young players in Europe this season. So far for Mega Basket he’s averaging 11/4/1 and 1 Block in only 21 MPG while shooting 63% from the field and 47% from three on 3 attempts a game. Suigo has a strong mix of touch, shooting, and fluidity that most players at his height don’t posses. He’s currently shooting an impressive 80% at the rim and 47% from three which is among the best in Europe.

@DavidBCollum Insulin resistance score and TG/HDL ratio are superior to this LDL standalone fetish. Also run an advanced lipid panel with subfractionation and inflammation markers, and also do a calcium score scan. Statins are like Netflix for health. They want you subscribed for life.

If you've gone on statins, I would love to hear your experience. (It is not for me but for my wife.) One doc says definitely and another says she doesn't need them. I'm biased against them. Anecdotes appreciated as well as wisdom.
