@trevose Hi, You can make a seat reservation in your GWR account at myaccount.gwr.com/MyAccount/Book… even if you didn't buy the ticket from us. Please register or log in and at the top of the page under Your Bookings, you can click the button to reserve a space. - Bradley

@trevose Hi, I wouldn't necessarily see an issue with finding a seat in first class but if you are unable to find a seat please speak to the guard on board the service who will be able to assist with compensation for this. ^SM
