McDermott got himself fired when he subbed in Savage for 1 play in which he got burned for a touchdown, and then subbed in Dane Jackson who also got burned for a touchdown. Completely out coached in huge moments, terrible at the end of halves. Great guy. Grateful. But it was time

I want to ask this question purely HYPOTHETICALLY and making clear I do not think Sean McDermott gets fired. But--if he were, who would you want to replace him with? Who out there in your opinion is better? We all agree it would be a very attractive job for any candidate.

I respect the hell out of Sean McDermott. I gave some harsh criticism of him this season but I think: Move on from Beane. Retain McD. I know many may disagree and maybe this is the wrong way of looking at this situation, but it's my current 2 cents.

All of them. If you’re talking top of your position group then Roger’s can’t be considered as Brady was #1 over him.
