NEW🚨: (Towson, MD) A group of 10 juveniles swarmed a girl near the bus stop, then repeatedly stomped on her stomach and head while others cheered. This brutal attack happened in broad daylight. Police have identified 9 juveniles (ages 11-14) — 5 now facing second-degree assault charges. Juvenile crime like this is out of control.

Carbon tracking, usage limits, allowances tied to behaviour, fuel, energy, travel, consumption. A security zone was defined (arguably poorly managed) that did not include violated the basic civil rights of guests. The problem isn't that he had a gun The problem isn't that he transported it across the United States The problem isn't that it was in his rented tenant space. The problem is He was indoctrinated He was persuaded He was a known threat to those in his life and at least 1 police department The security zone was poorly managed.
