Vision Quest is the sports movie that is overlooked often when people talk about best sports movies and that’s criminal Perhaps because it’s more than a sports movie but nevertheless it’s excellent Not to mention a great soundtrack.

The Day After Tomorrow (2004) is one of those movies that shouldn’t work… and somehow always does. The science is wild, the disasters are huge, and every time it’s on, it’s hard not to get pulled in. Total guilty pleasure.
