@DHLexpress Called the 800 number and the automated system keeps looping back to the main menu and disconnects. Tried live chat and only answers they give is “please keep waiting” not a lot of help.

@DHLexpress keeps telling me they attempted delivery but no one was home to sign. Been home all day both days they supposedly attempted delivery and our ring camera are proof that no DHL truck came here

Big fail by @FedEx today. Driver walks down our sidewalk and knock on a fence post instead of walking to the front door and ringing the doorbell. Now we have to wait until Monday for our signature required package that I paid extra to receive today.

@FedExHelp No damage. Thankfully I happen to see the FedEx truck drive by and checked the app to see the delivery was completed which prompted me to go searching for our packages.
