Nightmare to contact @shoppersstop Juhu on their helpline number to get direct number to store just to find out their @dyson products for trial and buy. 24 to 48 hours before someone can actually call me to connect me to store or answer my query !!!! What a joke !!!

@airindia @mylostbag lost our bag which was checked in at Bombay. Never arrived at CDG airport. We were told to track it on MYLOSTBAG.COM but it seems like a fake domain aswell. It’s been 2 days and still don’t know where our bag is !!!

I am an #SNCF carte advantage. On 15h march and already had a ticket to travel to Rennes in the evening, but I travelled in the moring 11:26am train instead. The staff at the station made it an urgency and did not allow me to exchange my evening ticket and made me buy two tickets

What a nightmare created by @airindiaofficial & @delhiairport!
Elderly mum denied wheelchair assistance despite pre-booking. Rude staff, missed connections, and inhumane treatment. 5days on she’s still recovering from trauma.
