@nummanali We want Harbor to be the rollout primitive that powers every optimization loop. Eventually we will also natively implement common optimization loops on top of Harbor primitives. But I’d encourage you to cook on the use case you described and use Harbor to power it!

This is soo cool. I know a bunch of genomics folks from academia are going to get pedantic about this. But the fact that we can do this now is an incredible achievement since the original discovery of the double helix in 1953.

claude science is very cool. I got my whole genome sequenced ~2 years ago from @nucleusgenomics Today I downloaded my VCF and gave to Claude to do some analysis. It worked for ~6 hrs and came back with a polygenic risk scores and some lab reports I should ask for at my next physical
