Decided to make a full, downloadable acronym list inspired by the work of @UFO_Technology last week! I understand I use a tremendous amount of acronyms in my projects, sometimes bordering on absurdity. I also understand that often people voice they can have trouble keeping up with all the acronyms! When discussing DOD/IC projects, programs, terminology, contracts, etc, it is far more efficient to utilize acronyms over full term definitions. So bear with me and hope this list helps for quick referencing of various terms, organized as best as possible. Plan to periodically update the list, but attached are images and a PDF of my most commonly used acronyms. #ufoX #ufo #Uap #uapX

A privilege to speak with you, Representative Burlison. Fortunate to have seen first-hand the severity with which you treat this topic! I'm willing to bet I speak for many when I say we are fortunate to have figures in Congress who take the UFO subject seriously

Northrop Grumman & TRW - UFO Reverse Engineering, Material Exploitation, & Legacy Programs [Vol.2] youtube.com/watch?v=0kLSp0… Discussions of US DOD/IC and corporate clandestine, deep-sixed Special Access Programs focused on the recovery, storage, and exploitation of Technologies of Unknown Origin are never complete without exploring the alleged involvement of defense prime contractors, such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, Boeing, etc. Indeed, according to my legacy program framework, primes operate at the lowest knowledge and access threshold within UFO programs - operating under FFRDCs or their government handler, with only need-to-know personnel being read into such activities in an operational capacity. However, there seems to be one prime that breaks this mold...... @northropgrumman In the recent @MegynKellyShow featuring David Grusch, Grusch stated in the onset of the War on Terror, select contractors began to harness IRAD (Independent Research and Development) to essentially self-fund their own breakaway UFO retrieval and exploitation activities. I am supremely confident that the contractor in question is Northrop Grumman. So today's investigation serves as a part two to investigating Northrop Grumman..... Volume 1 sought to investigate IF Northrop, throughout its storied history, has engaged in UFO retrieval and, most importantly, exploitation programs. Volume 2 today seeks not to answer if, but instead the who, what, when, where, and why of Northrop's NHI recovery and exploitation activities. Of course, it wouldn't be a worthy investigation into Northrop without an extensive discussion of TRW, Northrop's 2002 crown jewel defense, aerospace, and automotive acquisition that features its own storied history of allegations of UFO crash retrieval operations. So this investigation seeks to study TRW in-depth and TRW's spinoff FFRDC the @AerospaceCorp , critical personnel within TRW and the Aerospace Corporation critical to shaping both Northrop's and the modern-day legacy program structure, TRW's integration into Northrop Grumman's Mission and Space Systems, personnel that served across both TRW and Northrop I believe have played an imparitive role in Northrop's legacy involvemnet, Northrop's modern day program security archetecture, what happened to Northrop's own answer to the Lockheed Skunkworks that seemingly went black, possible decrepit and non-descript sites where Northrop may engage in such operations, and most importantly - seek to answer the question of IF Northrop Grumman has indeed maintained it's own "breakaway" UFO retrieval and exploitation programs since the early 2000s barely accountable to their original government handler. Throughout this project, numerous critical questions will be explored: 1) Extrapolating from the recent words of David Grusch on Megyn Kelly, did Northrop Grumman harness IRAD (Independent Research and Development) funds in the onset of the War on Terror to self-fund their own UFO retrieval and exploitation programs, unaccountable from their original government handler? 2) What can we learn about Stephanie O'Sullivan, former Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence, former TRW engineer, and current Aerospace Corporation board member, that David Grusch stated managed the UFO crash retrieval issue alongside James Clapper in ODNI 3) What critical personnel within TRW, Northrop Grumman, and TRW's spinoff FFRDC, the Aerospace Corporation, served critical roles in Northrop/TRW's legacy effort and helped shape the current secrecy structure of UFO Legacy Programs 4) Does Northrop Grumman maintain clandestine underground operations below the Northrop Tejon Radar Cross-Section facility, which was officially closed in 2011? 5) What became of Northrop's answer to the Lockheed Skunkworks, the Northrop Advanced Technology & Design Center that disappeared in the late 90s? 6) What became of TRW Systems Group and its "Special Projects" that were absorbed into Northrop Grumman Missions and Space Systems? 8) How do Northrop and TRW's legacy activities connect back to the 1953 Kingman, Arizona UFO crash retrieval? 9) Why did TRW get busted for over half a dozen IRAD fraud schemes prior to its purchase by Northrop, and why did Northrop pay hundreds of millions to settle such disputes? 10) What can we learn from a 1982 memo from the CIA Directorate of Science and Technology that stated the agency wished to funnel IRAD funds through select contractors, such as TRW, for the Agency's own interests? 11) Does Terry Phillips spearhead the modern-day security apparatus protecting Northrop's clandestine UFO activities? 12) So much more... @SunOfAbramelin thank you for your courage in bringing forward senior individuals within Northrop Grumman who have engaged in whistleblower reprisals in their former USG career. Strange how Northrop attracts so many of Legacy's deputized assets following their retirement!

No, this post wasn't written by AI. It shows clear human traits: spelling slips like "imparitive" (imperative), "archetecture" (architecture), "involvemnet" (involvement); a skipped number 7 in the list; and a personal, enthusiastic tone ("I am supremely confident") promoting their own YouTube video in the UAP niche. Matches UAPGERB's consistent style across recent posts.

"One of the key players in the legacy security architecture lately or currently at Northrop Grumman" - Matthew Brown One of these individuals (plural) is Terry Phillips, current Vice President for Security at Northrop Grumman. Phillips formerly served as USAF SAP Security Director and AFOSI/PJ (Office of Special Projects) Executive Director. Phillips, several directors of security, and several directors of special programs under him are integral to the legacy security apparatus. Following service, Phillips moved on to @LeidosInc as Senior VP and CSO, now VP for Security at @northropgrumman Terry Phillips: af.mil/About-Us/Biogr… Learn more about Terry and USAF legacy structure: youtube.com/watch?v=-IXSZe…

Another Senior UFO Legacy Program figure currently or recently serving an executive role at Northrop Grumman - Michael Dempsey, @northropgrumman Vice President of Government Affairs and Strategy & Development for Space, Cyber, and Intelligence Prior to Northrop, Dempsey served briefly as Acting Director of National Intelligence (DNI) in 2017 following a tenure as Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Intelligence Integration in the Obama Administration from 2014-2017 under James Clapper. It is my understanding that Dempsey, allegedly, engaged in overseeing UFO crash retrieval and exploitation efforts housed under the National Security Council alongside James Clapper and his Principal Deputy Director of National Intelligence (PDDNI) Stephanie O'Sullivan. During this time, Dempsey served as Obama's primary intelligence briefer.... If anyone partially read Obama into legacy activities during or post his presidency OR neglected to read Obama into such activities, this would have been Dempsey. Like any good senior legacy gatekeeper, Dempsey, of course, served for many years within the CIA. These CIA positions included: Deputy Associate Director for Military Affairs, Deputy CIA Representative to the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and Deputy Director of the Weapons Intelligence, Nonproliferation, Arms Control Center (WINPAC). @ChrisUKSharp of the @LiberationTimes has some excellent work discussing how WINPAC, now known as the Weapons and Counterproliferation Mission Center (WCPMC), "produces coordinated assessments for senior policymakers on foreign advanced weapons systems and technologies across the space, air, land, sea and undersea domains, including UAP." I highly recommend reading Sharp's work to also learn how James Clapper's brief retirement from service during 1998-2001 ties into WINPAC: liberationtimes.com/home/us-air-fo… It is my understanding that recently, allegedly, Dempsey oversaw a senior role in the administration of Northrop Grumman's NHI recovery and exploitation activities under his VP of Government Affairs role. For reference, @LockheedMartin VP of Government affairs from 2006-2021 was one Mary K. Sturtevant. During the early 2010's failed Kona Blue transfer of recovered UFO materials from Lockheed Martin Space Systems Company to the AAWSAP program, Sturtevant liaised between Lockheed VP Dr. Jim Ryder and CIA DS&T Deputy Director Glenn Gaffney, who was crucial to killing the proposed transfer. Perspective on the importance of "VP of Government Affairs" role within our primes Learn more about Dempsey: web.archive.org/web/2017020316… en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Demp… climate.columbia.edu/events/careers… forbes.com/sites/michaelp…

Michael Smith worked for Northrop Grumman from 04-06. Michael Smith is not the individual Brown was speaking of, however, I do suspect him of involvement within legacy programs out of DARPA today Note in my tweet on Phillips I said Phillips is one of several individuals responsible for Northrop’s UFO program protection and security

Now that individuals like Terry Phillips are starting to make their way into the community zeitgeist, I strongly recommend checking out my Air Force project. This investigation seeks to explore the modern-day, 2020s structure of UFO exploitation programs housed within or involving the US Air Force. The project primarily explores the administrative components of the Department of the Air Force's UFO legacy activities ( SAF/AQ [Acquisition], SAF/AA [Admin. Assistant to the SecAF], and DAF RCO [Rapid Capabilities Office]), RDT&E components to the programs (MAJCOMs and AF/TE aka Test and Evaluation), and security apparatus deputized for program protection (AFOSI/PJ aka Office of Special Projects). Terry Phillips, of course, formerly served as AFOSI/PJ Executive Director and Air Force SAP Security Director. Now that he's at Northrop Grumman, this position is held by Lee M. Russ. In the project, I name several alleged senior Air Force UFO Legacy Program gatekeepers and senior officials I do hope get the same notoriety as Phillips. These include: - SES (Senior Executive Service) Randall Walden: af.mil/About-Us/Biogr… - SES Lee M. Russ: af.mil/About-Us/Biogr… - LTG Donna Shipton: af.mil/About-Us/Biogr… - SES Russell E. "The Hidden Wing" - US Air Force UFO Reverse Engineering and Test & Evaluation Programs youtube.com/watch?v=-IXSZe… Since its very inception, the US Air Force has been synonymous with the subject of UFOs.... Whether this be 1950s Air Force Regulation 200-2 restricting Air Force personnel from reporting UFOs, 1990s claims the US Air Force employed reverse-engineered propulsion systems from non-human intelligence for top secret air frames, or 2020s claims of Air Force Tier 1 elements participating in UFO crash retrievals, the Air Force and exotic technologies of unknown origin are inseparable. Today's project seeks not to tread over thoroughly explored claims and testimonies, but instead to explore a new direction I have never taken before. This investigation into Air Force Legacy Programs aims to identify and unmask the current, modern-day, 21st-century structure of involved entities, offices, directorates, and individuals with Air Force UFO programs. This exploration crafts an ultra-specific organizational chart identifying the who, what, why, when, and where of involved Air Force elements in Legacy Programs. With the amount of specificity and names in the project, this is EASILY the most complicated and comprehensive investigation I have ever done.... So for this video, the project will feature an early "Executive Summary" section detailing all findings and hypotheses before diving into the research. With that being said, let's review some of the major discussion points in this project: 1) The Headquarters of the Air Force (HAF - top military staff within the Department of the Air Force) houses several offices that serve administrative or major roles within UFO legacy Programs. • SAF/AQ (AQL, AQX, AQR), DAF RCO, AF/TE(AF/TEP, AF/TEZ), SAF/AA (SAF/AAH, SAF/AAZ) - All will be explained 2) Major administrative efforts within the programs are undertaken by SAF/AQ (Air Force Acquisition) and its Assistant Secretary to the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics • Former heads of SAF/AQ, 8 of 14 in fact, have curious employment history prior to government service with Lockheed, Northrop, Grumman, SAIC, LTV, General Dynamics • SAF/AQR (Acquisition Science, Technology and Engineering) serves a major Science and Technology role in the programs, integrating SAP RDT&E, S&T planning activities and strategies, and directs advanced technology development programs and monitors new technologies in coordination with SAF/AQL (Special Programs) • SAF/AQL (Special Programs) serves a major role in directing SAP advanced technology development programs and monitoring new technologies • SAF/AQX (Acquisition Integration) serves a major role in the programs through a more direct "administrative role". • Analysis of misappropriation of funds - specifically USAF funds "going black" at SAF/AQ before any review from SAF/FM (Financial Management) 3) RAPID CAPABILITIES OFFICE (DAF RCO) takes SAF/AQs involvement and packages it as a controlling entity, sidestepping funding roadblocks and standard bureaucratic red tape • Identification of SES and Director/PEO of RCO Randall G. Walden as a lifelong member of Legacy Programs: af.mil/About-Us/Biogr… 4) AFOSI/PJ (Office of Special Projects) serves as the program protection/security enforcement arm of UFO Legacy Programs • Former AFOSI/PJ Executive Director, former Air Force SAP security Director, Former Leidos CSO and current @northropgrumman Vice President for Security Terry Phillips allegedly served and still serves a MAJOR gatekeeping role in UFO Legacy Programs. • Phillips public bio: af.mil/About-Us/Biogr… • Phillips appeared in several FOIA drops regarding the DODIG (Inspector General's) evaluation on DOD's management of reports and investigations relating to UFOs: theblackvault.com/documentarchiv… • AFOSI/PJ and their cadre of FBI agents read into the most secret Air Force SAPs under evolutions of the "Guardian Angel" have possibly harassed and levied reprisals against UFO Whistleblowers 5) "The Hidden Wing" • Illustration of a MAJOR Air Force exotic test and evaluation program conducted at the western ranges to perform T&E on derivative vehicles, Alien Reproduction Vehicles, and NHI craft humans have found a way to interface with • Primary driving element of this program is AF/TE (Test and Evaluation) SPECIFICALLY AF/TEZ (Special Programs) • Western Ranges are used for this project.... multiple USAF MRTFBs (Major Range and Test Facility Bases) including the @EdwardsAFB 412th Test Wing, Nevada Test and Training Range, and Utah Test and Training Range • Pilots for this project (manned vehicles) are recruited from the USNTPS (Navy Test Pilot School at NAS Pax River) and AFTC TPS (Air Force Test Center Test Pilot School) • Day-to-day oversight and operations of this program are conducted through AFTC (Air Force Test Center), a major center under @HQ_AFMC (Air Force Materiel Command) 6) Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Air Force (SAF/AA) • Hypothesis director of SAF/AAH (Sensitive Activities), now SAF/OC(X), Russell E Wyler may have been the "SES-2 Gatekeeper" referenced by @ChrisKMellon here: christopherkmellon.substack.com/p/another-sign… • Great work by my friend @DatButterSauce : substack.com/home/post/p-18… • Russell Wyler: af.mil/About-Us/Biogr… • Additional Identification of William Maclure, Director SAF/AAZ (Security/Special Programs Oversight/Info Protection) as this SES-2 Gatkeeper: af.mil/About-Us/Biogr… 7) Evolution of MAJCOMs (Major Commands) within UFO Legacy Programs • Of 10 MAJCOMS, 4 will be addressed, with heavy analysis on the evolution and current capabilities on @HQ_AFMC (Air Force Materiel Command). • Analysis of AFMCs precursor MAJCOMs, AFSC and AFLC, their precursors, ARDC and AMC, respectively, and connect all 4 of these inactive MAJCOMS to prior claims to UFO legacy programs • Study of the Air Force Special Weapons Center, a former MAJCOM, now part of AFMC, specifically @AFResearchLab and trace AFSWC's lineage all the way back to one mysterious Dr. Eric Henry Wang, identified as a reverse engineering lead on the 1953 Kingman, Arizona UFO crash retrieval • Specific analysis on two major entities under AFMC, @AFResearchLab and @AFTestCenter • Explore the bizarreness behind Major General Neil McCasland, former Commander AFRL, who joined @tomdelonge @TTSAcademy and allegedly confirmed the validity of the 1947 Roswell Crash SO much more... Thank you @imxanderjones for the wicked tunes as always! #UFO #UAP #uapX #ufotwitter

Michael Smith has definitely come across my radar, and he absolutely has the CV of someone pretty deeply entrenched in legacy activities, but I have no specific knowledge of his involvement. It is worth noting that Matthew Brown stated the individual in question's current or most recent role is at Northrop Grumman. Smith worked for Northrop in the early 2000's.... That being said, I'm sure he tangled with some "interesting" DARPA and NRO classified efforts for Northrop, seeing as he joined NG shortly after purchase of TRW

That's for Matthew, Jeremy, and George to un-redact. But I'll say confidently Terry Phillips is the current tip of the Spear for Northrop Grumman's NHI recovery and exploitation security apparatus and prior to his retirement from USG in 2021, as USAF SAP Security Director and Executive Director of AFOSI/PJ Phillips and elements of PJ were deputized assets under legacy activities where Phillips engaged in reprisals against whistleblowers and prospective witnesses

🚨 Matthew Brown says there have been coordinated online attacks from the UFO legacy programs towards UFO Whistleblowers with the intent of making whistleblowers commit suicide He names Northrop Grumman “There have been coordinated online attacks against myself, Dylan Borland, David Grusch, Lue Elizondo, Jeff Nucatelli, it's systematic and it's ongoing to this day. We have identified the main players and found that they are active duty service members or reserve service members with active clearances doing this on their worktime from work computers. This network of shit talkers is directly traced back to legacy program security — actively running disinformation operations and psychological operations against UAP whistleblowers, their friends and their family. Worse then that, they are taking human intelligence methods and applying them to us in order to disrupt our lives and basically drive us to either commit suicide or become so ostracized from our friends and family that we are no longer a threat. Specifically, they are sending office of special investigations agents to people's families to break apart their families, to break apart marriages to this day to pull children away from their parents. We found one of the one of the key players in the legacy security architecture lately or currently at Northrop Grumman and his name is redacted.”
