Because one thing you learn being in Colorado is that you work with Mexicans quite often and get to know them. My daughter married a Mexican and has given me three beautiful grandchildren. I'm not for illegal immigration but I can tell you one thing. My daughter did a beautiful thing and my son-in-law is top-notch and I could not ask for anything more from him. He is an extremely hard worker. He is very decent. He is a model husband and a model provider for his family. He is a proud of his heritage. I have worked around and known a lot of Mexicans and I have nothing but respect for them. In my position is they are welcome coming to America as immigrants and we are lucky to have them on our Southern border to supply the labor needed. They need to do it the right way is all I'm asking. We are in a much better position with Mexico on our Southern border then Italy and another European countries with North Africa streaming in to fill immigration needs and wreaking havoc. Muslims do not fit. Mexico is a Christian Nation. They understand and can fit into this country. Some of the oldest families to ever live in Colorado are of Hispanic descent. And you will not find a more patriotic group of people anywhere else in America. The American Indians as well. You will find many patriots amongst those people. You should count your blessings. To have these decent people on our Southern border. That is the message of the original poster. And I agree with him wholeheartedly. Your opinion seems to be in the minority. I'm not sure why but you do you.

One of the areas in which I differ quite a bit from a lot of folks on the right is the discourse on Mexican immigrants. I think most of the hatred for Mexicans comes from a terminally online component of the right that lives in cities/suburbs and doesn't have much actual interaction with Mexican immigrants. Because boy, once you've worked a blue collar job or been to some cookouts with these guys, a lot of the arguments being used against them just seem completely ridiculous. I work in the oilfield. A huge percentage of my coworkers and friends here are Mexican. These dudes are overwhelmingly Christian, super family oriented, incredibly hard working people. They go shooting or do rodeo on the weekends. They essentially personify all the values that the right champions. So it blows my mind that these guys specifically have somehow become the boogeyman to a large percentage of rightwing people, despite being aligned with them on almost everything. In my experience they are solidly good and freedom loving people putting in a ton of honest work to build a good life for their families. They are honestly doing a better job of perpetuating the American dream than a lot of white folks....like I'd rather have 1000 of these dudes in my town than 1000 white communist blue hair types.

Yes I have heard of The rape gangs. Not sure about Mexico. I've heard the human smuggling on the southern border by the cartels was very brutal in that manner. Most of the illegals it seems raping children in America are from South of Mexico but I'm not sure. And Muslims. I'm sure Muslim countries do not get reported. But it is endemic in that philosophy. Thus you get Scandinavia. Where they will tell you they did not understand they were doing something wrong because it is allowed in their countries. But I do believe South Africa. And those neighboring countries are quite high in rape as of late.

The difference is that this was on I-69 N at Stafford, Texas where a woman simply didn’t care I was next to her and aggressively went to my lane. I’m glad I didn’t take over second guessing the situation since I only saw her after it would have been too late. I hope I got the clip. I was furious, which is rare.
