Hamilton 2018 might be the only one that made his team winning wcc. Hamilton took several Poles and Wins without having the best car and his teammate had none. In the end of the season LH had 88pts ahead of Vettel ( 3 wins difference). Mercedes had 84pts ahead of Ferrari.
