Because it was sent back to your trade partner's Inventory, unfortunately we are not able to help you with the item(s)

@Steam @CounterStrike @Steam @CounterStrike 4/13: Unfortunately, it does not reflect to which account the item was sent which is abnormal as normally you can simply click on the profile name to which the item was traded. I raised my first ticket with Steam Support notifying them of this on 8th March.

@Steam @CounterStrike @Steam @CounterStrike 3/13: In such a scenario, it is my understanding that the skin should come back to my inventory, however, this hasn't happened. The item does reflect in my Inventory History reflecting that the item was indeed traded on 6th March 2026 at 9:02 am IST.
