@Sunrun You’ve had several years to fix this between Vivant and yourselves. Just remove the panels and fix my roof, simple and done. Most people don’t get this many times to fix their screw ups at work, cmon. I’m done giving your company chances.

@Sunrun, can y’all stop calling me about reviewing my acocint and adding panels? Ever since the Vivant days it’s the same BS. Add panels etc, my roof is jacked up and all I do now is pay 2 electric bills…take these useless things off my roof!

@Sunrun I’ve already stated several times, I want no additional panels, the existing ones need to be removed and my roof remedied. I’m done with this run around nonsense. Worst company I’ve ever dealt without a doubt. Absolutely no regard for what the actual customer has to say.
